    Can confirm

My last test with tablet confirmed this.
Brand new tablet I got it with full battery , everything was fine on battery , after charging everything turned to shit .

    I only know 2 things
It started on PC in my case and now everything is 'infected' after first connection with my electrical socket .

It's not the AA. Stop with that. It's the lighting that affects those edges, and a broken LOD. You can try SMAA, MSAA, TXAA, TAA, downsampling, 4K, 5K, it's the same, less visible of course the higher the resolution or AA method, but the lighting looks like shit, same as image rendering.

In any semi open or complete open world, day and night is clearly day and night in terms of quality, i have almost little to none aliasing or weird shadows night time, but when i do enter a building or it's sunny lighting, here comes the massacre.

Nobody can explan, nobody can fix it, i always thought it would fix by itself someday, as it appeared overnight on my former laptop,, but i live with it now, and it's been 4 years. And no i didn't change any piece of hardware, neither add one, neither format windows, or use an enb. It was there suddenly, period. Stop repeat the same things over and over.

And ban electricity as well, please. You're going the wrong way.

I repeat, again.  Try to use stadia or geforce now, the games are running in external hardware. Same issues as your pc. Not hardware.

Jezuz christ this topic going full circle. I'm here on and off since autumn 2016 and people still changing hardware no words, I change my fuking apartment sold/trashed all my hardware cables etc. Got everything new including cables and this shit is still here , stop wasting your money if you got this you got this even on streaming services like stadia.

Only if it was that simple but it's not. Maybe whatever is wrong in Electricity got fixed for you but your old PC never recovered. So when you bought new one only then you were able to see the difference. Or maybe the intensity of this issue is less for you lately therfore you saw improvement. That's why we need advanced Electrical test equipment to figure this out and keep an eye on this issue daily.

As i can see the intensity of this blur(with other symptoms) changing in my TV, Laptop,  PC, Phone on a day to day basis, I can assure you that this issue is not that simple. Maybe you got lucky and you don't have this issue in Electricity anymore.

But it's very important that there is this good point raised by few people here that whenever they buy new PC this thing appears for them after some time of use. If that's the case then i think you should wait and hope that it will not appear after some time of use.

Want to give you all an update:

I upgraded my system today from an i5 7400 to Ryzen 5 3600.
    My issues have been fixed.
I have good level of detail. Although slight shimmering exists, because now I go out looking for them.
There's good details and AA works just fine. All I had to do was switch to a different platform.
However, I'll let you know if the same issue arises on Ryzen, because I am not hopeful.

Tried Red Dead Redemption 2 on the PC (Steam). Same issues just like in all the other games.

TAA produces flickering/shimmering even on static image (look below the window):

While 8x MSAA + FXAA doesn't work at all, which means there are MASSIVE jaggies and flickering when camera is moving:

Well, same shit, different day. I'm so tired of this, guys. I have these problems almost a year and still no solutions...

Okay I’ve been testing Stadia from day one and I can say there is a difference.

The pop-in is virtually gone other than what normally pops on games.

The textures seem normal but the anti-aliasing is poor.

The anti-aliasing is the only thing wrong now.   The service runs great btw.

Im gonna buy more games to test.  Just been Testing Destiny 2 and GYLT.  Gonna buy Metro Exodus and see how that looks.

I’m waiting on STADIA to test and see if there is a difference using a Google chrome ultra other than an app like GEFORCE NOW on my PC,  time will tell.

Back 4 years ago, i was playing mostly three games: The Witcher 2, Skyrim and GTA V. I will add AC Black Flag as well, and I remember this game was very well optimized on PC, which is a blessing considering Ubisoft history coming to this point.

I spent hundred on hours on each of those games, hell, thousand hours on Skyrim anyway by itself, and i know pretty well how the engine, graphics, looked like. So when i read that
    I laugh really hard, seriously.

Don't assume things because of your own experience. I have the same problem, i just keep playing because i worked hard to pay my hardware, and my games, period. I don't imply to not solve this problem, i'm actually here since the beginning of this post, there even was another one on nvidia forums before.

But keep being clever, telling people are wrong, like I care.

No, stop pulling stats out of your rear.

The total impacted number of users is more like 0.1%.  There is not enough being reported to assume that it is over ~10%.

This is how No Man's Sky looks with AA disabled.

WTF these jaggies are trying to do here? Camera isn't moving, so jagged edges should stand still too. But no, they... "convulsing", lol.

This is a typical greenscreen problem. We have to be careful not to connect every graphics/video problem with our issue.

What else could it be that can affect bios logo and OS(video playback in windows and overall bad image quality)? What else can affect consoles and phones? Speculation is saying that it's Directx or Z-Fighting without knowing that these things can't affect outside of games. I am talking with what i have observed after moving to the new house/city and please look at the symptoms i have posted before. Do those symptoms look to you what software can cause? If it's software surely you can refresh it by reinstalling windows or formatting drives.

How do you know? So far nobody here was able to proof anything (atleast not in a well documented form), i have a suggestion for you guys how about we start to seriously try to debunk one thing after the next and not just speculate all the time, that won't go anywhere i mean look at the size of this thread and we know exactly as much as before....

One thing that could be happening is all these platforms are in fact damaged by something.....

Ive stayed away from saying this because if something like this had been damaged you think we would have more severe issues caused by such damage but who the fuck knows???

If somebody can take a PC or Console out of town and bring it SOMEWHERE,  doesn’t matter where and boot it up with shit looking NORMAL then were getting somewhere but until then were fucked..   This is key as far as I’m concerned...

I think bringing a console would be ideal considering the portability of it...

Even going way out somewhere and renting a night at a hotel somewhere to test an X or PRO would be worth it in my opinion..

Tell me what you guys think,  Also the REWARD is something we need to get the word out about..

If anyone DOES decide to talk to any companies about this issue, remember to record the problem with an OUTSIDE camera (For example, your phone). Don’t record gameplay using the affected device itself, it won’t show up on the screen of an unaffected device, making whoever’s seeing it claim that you’re it looks fine on their end and you’re just seeing things. I don’t think this is a Nvidia issue, as it appears on EVERY single device that uses a 3d engine...

Same ugly textures, cardboard cutout trees and grass on console.

I should receive my high-end laptop on Wednesday.  The one thing I never did with all the newly built PCs I’ve made over the past few years was install windows 10 at a different location,  sounds stupid but when you buy a pre built PC like the laptop I just purchased you have to install updates,  all pre built PCs show up this way,  maybe something happens during that process dunno.  I do know that I will be testing this PC straight out the box at my shop and not my house.  All previous builds were first time booted from my house.  If the laptop runs fine at my shop and updates for windows and drivers and such keep the laptop acting normal while gaming (As I’m sure it will) I’ll then be taking it home to game on battery life, then plugged in and then charged while off and then tested again,  these different tasks should give me some sort of answer to it being either related to electrical issues, internet/modem/router issues or windows 10 issues.

There is something behind all this bullshit and I’m going to hopefully get some sort of clue or answer.

I’ll hit you guys up when I’m done testing this shot Thursday of next week,  till then ?
