I'm here on and off since autumn 2016 and people still changing hardware no words, I change my fuking apartment sold/trashed all my hardware cables etc. Got everything new including cables and this shit is still here , stop wasting your money if you got this you got this even on streaming services like stadia.

Want to give you all an update:

I upgraded my system today from an i5 7400 to Ryzen 5 3600.

    My issues have been fixed.

I have good level of detail. Although slight shimmering exists, because now I go out looking for them.

There's good details and AA works just fine. All I had to do was switch to a different platform.

However, I'll let you know if the same issue arises on Ryzen, because I am not hopeful.

I'm sorry dude but I sold my flat PC everything that can be sold , trashed all my cables , memory sticks and everything. On new flat everything was new phone laptop. After 3 days "bug" "virus" was noticeable , after 1 week it was in full power. You got a honeyomoon period right now.

Okay I’ve been testing Stadia from day one and I can say there is a difference.

The pop-in is virtually gone other than what normally pops on games.

The textures seem normal but the anti-aliasing is poor.

The anti-aliasing is the only thing wrong now.   The service runs great btw.

Im gonna buy more games to test.  Just been Testing Destiny 2 and GYLT.  Gonna buy Metro Exodus and see how that looks.

Thats good , thats what I expected

In the past 10 months I've talked to various people over internet. It seems that in most cases (something like ~90%) this problem was triggered by one of two things: a) driver update b) video card upgrade.

So, theoretically this problem should be related to GPU and or it's components (software).  But, of course, in reality, we still don't know what causes it.

My problem started after installing ENB to Fallout 3 I'm in minority , got this bug since autumn 2016

I had account on this forum but I asked the staff of this forum to delete my profile and all my posts.

I have sent multiple times messages via Twitter to Young Yea about this problem with the link to this forum to him to make a video about this damn problem but I didn't got response from him.

Only thing about this problem we can do is to reach gaming, PC hardware Youtubers (or Pewdiepie) to make a video about this problem or to ask some psychic to see in his crystal ball what is cause of this and how to solve this damn thing!!!

I can only play a Microsoft Solitaire on 800€ PC ???!!!

This problem is like cancer it is spreading across PC, mobile phones and even TV's and sadly there is no cure!

Dude pewdiepie is a memelord he dont care

Well,  I was completely wrong,  borderlands 3 looks incredibly ugly on Xbox one x, and I’ve watched YouTube vids of others playing it and mine looks nothing like theres.  Really ugly...   If this is happening to consoles which it apparently is,  there is NO problem with anything on our computers..  This had got to be electrical and or interference,  consoles having this issue blows all the rest of these ideas right out the water...   If consoles have this then this is something else,  not drivers or windows or any of that shit!

    Agree 100%

I tried to convince people that this issue is not PC only like a half a year ago but they didnt listen.

EDIT1 Unfortunatelly stadia is not gonna be released in Poland , mayby in late 2020 (again I'm fucked) but I bet all the texture problems and shadow problems dissapear on stadia because graphic is gonna be rendered on google supercomputer . Aliasing will stay probably , just like on youtube videos and twitch streams.

Just my assumptions need stadia tests

Understandable but..  the graphics card renders the graphics and the display displays it,  don’t really think we need to get anymore technical than that.  If this wasn’t the case I could change my graphics settings through my monitor which is just silly.

Back to the awful graphics from my Xbox one x shown in those few screenshots above,  After watching others play that game on the same system it looks as if that particular game actually looks that bad on console.  I’m playing DMC 5 on Xbox one x now and it looks just fine.

I think the the issue is still just with PCs and Laptops for me at least.

Please dont deny the problem on consoles and other hardware.

Look at your screenshots fron kingdoms come , this is snes level of textures.

Devil may cry looks allright because its not open world , draw distance is shorter there.

Open any open world game on xbox far cry or something like that , problem is visible in fps games with long vision and tell me is this look normal to you ?

This is not PC only problen

Correct. I have also moved house since then, and own a high quality UPS system which "cleans power" to put in simple terms. Still no difference. It's best to ignore it for now and try to play on the highest res possible :)

Can confirm that , I trashed my pc , monitor all the cables even USB sticks and I moved from my place.  I only have new phone now , day 5 in new place bug was noticeable and after 2 weeks It was identical like in old place. I didnt bring anything from the old flat so yeah good luck fixing this graphical anomaly. Suffering since autumn 2016

Many people are having this problem in several graphics engines, of different brands, and that one hour everything was fine and another time not, I also noticed that some people have this problem on several monitors and not only on the computer or console, it is as if was an "energy virus," as some have said, of course it is absurd to have such a virus, but it may have some possibility of external interference, such as electromagnetic waves, or something. Anyone know if this is possible? Anyone have the possibility to find some place that has an "uninfected" graphics engine with this problem and take what is infected to the place to see what happens? Thus we will have a notion of the problem, whether the cause of it happens only in one place or if it is a permanent error, which once "infected" already was.
If the text is difficult to understand, sorry, I used google translator, I'm Brazilian.

I already tried that with console .

I took infected console to the clean friend apartment and the hardware was fucked even in the clean apartment .

Once affected hardware is done even in a place without the problem

Edit 1 I have this problem since early autumn 2016 I tried many things

I am downloading GTA V currently to test with that but it will be some time due to sub par garbage internet. Any games you want me to test?

Please make me video from skyrim special edition or normal version if you dont have se.

Set all settings to ultra without any form of AA

Make video after tutorial cave outside show me shadows and trees / foliage .

    Thank you for tests

  11. Whatever guys believe what you want , I tested it and I know what is the graphical anomaly and what is not .

I watched your gta 5 video Buck and I know that you have identical problem like mine but you denying it on other devices saying its normal .

Its no point to argue with mod and person with 50 k posts , now I'm gonna wait for ryzen tests

Your PS3 and TV are different. It isn't the same problem.

Sorry Buck but this is the same problem , I have it on tablet , laptop , PC , x 360 and even smartphone.

One guy reported that it started for him on PS 4 while playing horizon zero dawn.

I see the same crawling edges while playing card game on my tablet , same on steam version.

Only difference is that this tablet is full HD on much smaller display so its a little better.

You are right. I upgraded from R9 270 to GTX 1060. For like 3-4 days everything was fine. I mainly tried PUBG, GTAV, Metro 2033 Redux, Fallout 4, CSGO.
Then after 3-4 I first noticed the issue in PUBG, all containers have texture shimmering, fences keep vibrating, houses are vibrating in a distance. Also Draw-Distance seemed very bad. I thought maybe it was normal but then I looked at my shadowplay videos and they were clear of the issues. It's very hard to concentrate with shimmering and flickering in PUBG and CSGO. I tried GTAV and it was the worse. Metro 2033 Redux was fine(maybe because of it's different AA?). Fallout 4 seemed normal too. I have done researched some weeks ago too, but today was my tipping point when I open my beloved SA-MP ( GTA SA Multiplayer ). And what do I notice? Roads shimmering, AA was ok. Trees, and Cactuses etc had texture shimmering. But I noticed another issue. Draw-Distance. Trees, bushes and shit only loaded when I was like 10-15 meters away from them. It's like Draw Distance or AA and other shit isn't working in many games. I know that no one can fix my problem, I am just sharing my bit of experiment. I also tried my PC at my friend's house who lives like 15km away and the issues were still there.

Yeah I did that too , once hardware is infected its done even in clean apartment.

  14. Ok mayby this helps

Problems started on Fx 8350 , cheap Asus AM3+ micro atx motherboard and Asus Strix r7 370

After changing gpu tu Sapphire Rx 480 same problems .

After changing whole comp to i 3 6100 without gpu same problems .

One day anty surge protection on my Asus motherboard reset my comp couple of times , I played Fallout 3 with ENB that time.

Problems started showing only in Fallout 3 , after some time it spreads to all games and my old Toshiba laptop.

Here is the best video example of the problem with adnotations for MEC , mayby he can link it in main post.

Iv had this problem for nearly 5 months now. I just cant understand it iv run out of all ideas. I first noticed this on my Ps4 while playing on Horizon Zero Dawn. The game looked fine one night then the next morning something looked diffrent i couldnt figure out what it was. Then when i started moving every straight line in the game was jagged and looks like its got shimmering white lines moving across it.

So i went and booted up my pc to check on the problem and noticed my Recycle bin was also jagged at the top. So next i thought damn it must be my monitor thats only 3 months old. When into monitor settings and saw the text is all jagged also. When and factory reset the monitor and notice now the damn Asus logo on boot up is really jagged its now made up of zigzags and i remember it was definetly smooth before this crap started happening.

Next  i thought right monitors buggered so hooked everything up to my Smart Tv. Well that didnt help the tv had this happening also. I know its not my Ps4 or Pc because this crap is happening on normal tv programs ( Virgin Media ) especially all the kids channels my daughter watches that are made using computers ,normal tv programs that use real life actors seem unaffected.

I went upstairs to check on my sons Xboxone and its also happeneing upstairs to on their tv. Just as bad as my Ps4 /Pc downstairs. Now as off last week my windows phone and samsung tablet have also been affected. The crazy part of this that i cant get my head around is My daughters Tv And my Tv in our bedrooms are also the same and have never been conected to the internet. My daughters tv cant even connect to the internet ,its happening when she watchs normal dvds in her room.

Some people tell me its we must have bad electric voltage or something but how can my phone and tablet be affected so.

Also as of today when i get to the windows 10 user password screen the time and date now look really distorted like its melted like a candle .

Heres a list off all the stuff i have thats been effected    PS4 - Xboxone - Asus Monitor - Pc - I5 2500K MSI 1060 GTX - Panasonic Smart Tv - 4 other tvs upstairs - Windows Phone- And finally Samsung galaxy Tab S .

Hope this helps ,i have run out of idea's changed nearly every cable / hdmi in entire house nothing has worked it defies all logic whatever this is >:(

    Can confirm

My last test with tablet confirmed this.

Brand new tablet I got it with full battery , everything was fine on battery , after charging everything turned to shit .

    I only know 2 things

It started on PC in my case and now everything is 'infected' after first connection with my electrical socket .
