I personally would check and make sure that your wall wiring is ok if you have already swapped psu's then thats not the issue. its either your system or your socket and i would start at the socket. something could have happened.

That seems to have done it! In the BIOS now.
IT Tip #1: Turn it off and on again.
IT Tip #2: Unplug it and plug it back in again.
