I think the Xr is alright I just feel like it could be better for the price. These statistics support what I have seen at my school as most of the people now have upgraded to an X or Xr. I do feel like the s10e is a little better for the price as Samsung still felt the need for a higher res screen compared to the 8xxp resolution screen of the Xr. My 250 dollar J7 has a 1080p screen which I feel makes a lower rez screen unacceptable when paying 750 (give or take) for a phone.
 
I do think this is a step in the right direction even if it is a very small one. I don't want to see the smartphone market exist above the 1000 dollar range and I feel like turning the price down is better. Apple may have a plan to increase prices on other phones like flagships by marking up "budget" phone prices and therefore pushing the whole market up.

I agree, its unacceptable when a $250-300 phone has a higher resolution than a $750 Xr, the color accuracy is a poor excuse to defend a $750 phone with when most phones in the $250-300 range have good enough color for most people that watch videos, make calls and use messaging services. But yeah at least its not in the $1000 range, however for the specs and especially for the resolution, the Xr should be $600 at the most when compared to the s10e.
And IMO it's pretty dishonest to be calling reviewers like UnboxTherapy and JerryRigEverything "bad actors" because how dare they objectively review a phone and compare specs to similarly priced devices.

Ok sounds cool. GTX 1660 is looking like it for me. I kinda forget to think about the future sometimes.

Teens are dumb. They are easily sway by slick marketing. Just look at how many purchase beats by Dre headphones, a brand well known to sell rip off products according to many consumers research firms. Interestingly, Apple also owns that company. Coincidence? 
 
Formula is this. Celebrities+shiny+popular kids using these products=good teenage marketing. Kids at that age only cares about fitting in and appeasing their peers. It is the perfect psychology.

No he needs to do the opposite. Censoring bad words, within reason, is a dumb practice. You never used to have to on Youtube but now with the ad friendly content you have to or you don't get paid. This is a form of censorship
