I would say go with the 10 series cards. 700w would be fine really, but it also depends on what else you're putting into the PC. In case you're worried about part compatibility in the future, PCpartpicker is a good place to check out the compatibility of your parts and how many watts your computer needs.

According to this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/NoMansSkyTheGame/comments/30i2ob/can_you_fly_through_all_of_space_or_just_through/ You can manually travel and forget the warp drive to get from planet to planet, but it would take a really long time. So basically Star Citizen's space is going to be completely open to fly around in and explore.

I'd like the razer blade 14 of course. 14 blades would last me at least a morning. Don't know why you would need a stealthy razer blade for shaving though, but I guess everyone has their own take on things.
