  1. Nope not really, unless you wanna have a look at pccomponentes.com, I cant really find any ultrabook that adjust to my needs like those other two, you might find that these laptops are 275€ more expensive than what I am saying, but its because I have a 275€ voucher
  2. The gaming performance barely concerns me to be honest, Ive got my PS5 and my PC, I also barely game nowadays unless its on my PS5 so PC gaming concerns me very little, its the CPU performance with music production that matters most to me, and I obviously wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole for 1700€, but for 725€ its an attractive option
  3. Huh nice that you mentioned all that since reviews didn't put too much emphasis on the cooling issues, also what do you think is wrong with the razer book? most reviews make it look pretty nice and i wouldn't have to deal with razer
  4. Just not that many good ultrabooks on the page im planning to buy it on, which is why it ultimately came down to both of them, I was thinking maybe the razer would be worth it since I dont have to deal with razer support, the page offered me a full refund on my year old gpu no questions asked (said refund in store balance is why Im buying it in said store) Also, why is the non-OLED version not worth it?
  5. Its not the OLED version, unless the 400 nit version is the OLED version, even then I'm not sure I can get the 400 nit version, don't actually plan gaming on it that much thought, the creative work part matters most to me
  6. Long story short I could get the (both 16gb of RAM) Razer Book (i7, FHD, 256GB) for 725€ or the Zenbook 14 (Ryzen 7, 512GB, not clear if it’s 250 or 400 not) for 500-600€. A part of me wants to go for the RB13 because of more ports, nicer build, better display and expandable storage, but the up-to-200€ savings are not something I can just overlook. I’ll be using the laptop for university (programming, taking notes “an i7 for uni? that’s overkill”) for music production (FL Studio) and possibly some light video editing or gaming. Thoughts?
  7. The lights on my motherboard still turn on and I installed it 19 days ago so I'm not sure it's that
  8. I was playing a game of Overwatch when suddenly my PC just stopped displaying, no image no sound no nothing, but my fans, GPU and CPU cooler were still running as if it were turned on. So I do what a normal person would do and just turned it off (via the power button). Same thing happens, keyboard lights up, CPU cooler, fans and GPU start all spinning, but no display, I obviously checked if my monitor wasn't connected, but it was, and the audio turned off when it shut off too so that wasnt the problem. My specs are: Ryzen 7 2700X installed on an Asus TUF B450-Plus Gaming, GTX 1050 TI double fan from MSI, 8gb of 2400mhz ballistix sport, 240 GB Kingston SSD, 1TB WD Blue. Everything is properly plugged in, the RAM is inserted all the way and I can't think of what could be happening, there's some rain but no thunder so nothing could have been shocked, plus the PSU would be dead and not letting the PC light up if that was the case TL;DR: PC turns on and everything starts working, but no display (including Mobo logo/bios bootup) or sound coming
  9. No, it didn’t drop because of the new GPUs, it dropped because the mining craze stopped
  10. I’ve already been told of these and they are not available in my region
  11. I’ve also added the Razer Kraken Pro V2, are they good or should I stay away
  12. First of all, what kind of switches would you like, clicky silent tactile? Also do you want a TKL keyboard (without a numpad to save space) or a full keyboard with a numpad
  13. So I made a post before asking about headsets and I’ve narrowed down the options to 2, Logitech G Pros and HyperX Cloud Alpha, my brother will mainly be playing Fortnite (yeah he’s one of those) in his Xbox One S, so I just want to know which one should I purchase and why
