As the "battle" between the YoutTube channels of Pewdiepie and T-Series for the channel with the most subscribers on YouTube is entering the final phase, (yesterday the minimum difference was less than 15000 subscribers), fans of the Swedish comedian and video game commentator are desperately trying to keep the gap alive with various stunts.

The most recent and tech-related one is encouraging people to subscribe to Pewdiepie via a printed message sent to 50000 vulnerable printers over the internet.

    Here is the message:

    Personal opinion:
It seems like a funny and unique way to encourage people to subscribe to Pewdiepie. (And someone has already realized that this way of message delivery could even be abused as a new way of advertisement, see Forbes)
Additionally, raising awareness for such vulnerabilities without causing real damage is always a good thing. Although in this case I am not certain to which degree this justification of the perpetrator is just pretext.

Finally, I for myself would like to encourage people of the LTT community to subscribe to Pewdiepie. His content might not be to the taste of everyone, but he is definitely someone who representing the YOU in YouTube (especially in comparison to a channel like T-Series) and is to some degree something like the figure head of the YouTube community. So trying to keep his channel on the #1 spot as long as possible seems like a good and entertaining idea.

Except AMD has no reason not to do most of this. Everything thats been revealed so far about Zen 2 architecture says that all of this is perfectly possibble for AMD. Thats the thing. The 2700x was the absolute best AMD could do at the time. But Zen 2 is such a huge leap forward thanks to the node shrink and chiplets binning advantages that it basically make these easy to do.

It had 8 cores and ran at 4.7ghz and is only $200aud though its TDP (i think that is what it is) was 220w

    Zen 2 isn't just 7nm, it's also a major architectural overhaul.

I do agree though, 4.7 is a much more realistic boost speed than 5.0.

Seems like Steve was the only one to notice the board they used run on Intels H310 chipset which uses DMI2.0 instead of DMI3.0, that means the bus speed is halved from 8Gb/S to 4, the available PCIe lanes are halved from 12 to 6 and even the SATA interface runs at 4Gb/S instead of 6.

Well you are free to use Uplay, Origin, Battle.net, Twitch or even support the new leech Discord. OH and would you on your way go to place some flowers to the graves of developers who ended up for one or other reason sell their sould to the EA or Ubisoft? Thanks, mate!

Also, Steam does most of advertisement with featured games messages and providing all the infrastructure to host the game. Developer literally doesn't need anything but provide the game. It can entirely exist on Steam and do well. So, 30% cut isn't all that high all things considered imo.
