I want to get a new monitor but cant decide which one i want. My budget is $800 but i judt cant decide. I had my eyes on the lg 34uc88 for a while(I know its $1100 but i can get it for around $800) but i am kind of scared of screen tearing. I do game but to be honest not competetivly ill probably just play battelfield and fallout and a few other games. I also love the look of ultrawide monitors i think they look stunning but screen tesring really scares me(I have nightmares) So looked into the asus rog pg279q which is 144hz, 1440p and has g-sync for around $800 but not the same as ultrawide. Can someone please help me pick its been killing me. Also if you would like to recommend a different monitor feel free to do so i seriously need help. Thank you
