in dGPUs yes. But add in APUs and if you do like they did here and counted the iGPU on intels SOCs then no, not huge gap.
 
Also, 200 series dropping in price radically, 300 series undercuts the 900 series a bit thus AMD sales increases a little.

what you're looking at is total market share, not specifically discrete graphics cards (a.k.a. AIB - add-in boards)

Yep, it's all work-related, and my work is LMG/LTT

If you want options 1 or 2, replace the i7-4790 with a Xeon E3 1231v3. A locked Core i7 is pointless and overpriced unless you absolutely must have onboard graphics.
 
The i5 is a reasonable option, but for only a bit more [in my region anyway] you can get the aforementioned Xeon and have Hyperthreading for your video editing.
 
Skip the FX-9590 entirely, the performance is mediocre and its power demands brutal.
 
If you don't plan to overclock and don't need SLI/Crossfire support, you don't need Z97. You could save more money with an H97 motherboard instead.

DX just saw it. it wasn't there when I re-shipped it off, otherwise would of fixed it with my buddies machine shop/experience. Had UPS package it. so must of happened during second shipping. shame, hopefully Johnny fixes it up.

look at kmashi power banks. super cheap, and hella durable from my experience. I left one outside camping, it was dripping wet. tried to charge stuff with it in the morning, tried to charge it a day later when I got home, nothing. emailed the company, they sent a new one(a newer gen) within 4 emails. the old one finally dried out, and now works just fine. even though its seen over a year of everyday use for 3+hours from multiple devices. and been in a school backpacks outside pocket, so plenty of physical trauma.

Most TVs operate at a refresh rate of 60Hz. The "240Hz" etc. numbers refer to other things besides the refresh rate. The TV makers just want you to assume it's the refresh rate, so they don't list the actual one.
