Please refrain from asking questions like this. They are of no help for us to recommend you parts, and you only cause trouble with fanboys, resulting in a derailed thread. Give a budget, form factor and then it is easier to help.

BSODs are pretty easy to solve. Download Bluescreenview, Google your stop code and make the changes.
 
 
These are the most common overclocking related Stop codes
 
0x101 = increase vcore
0x124 = increase/decrease vcore or QPI/VTT... have to test to see which one it is
0x0A = unstable RAM/IMC, increase QPI first, if that doesn't work increase vcore
0x1E = increase vcore
0x3B = increase vcore
0x3D = increase vcore
0xD1 = QPI/VTT, increase/decrease as necessary, can also be unstable Ram, raise Ram voltage
0x9C = QPI/VTT most likely, but increasing vcore has helped in some instances
0x50 = RAM timings/Frequency or uncore multi unstable, increase RAM voltage or adjust QPI/VTT, or lower uncore if you're higher than 2x
0x109 = Not enough or too Much memory voltage
0x116 = Low IOH (NB) voltage, GPU issue (most common when running multi-GPU/overclocking GPU)
0x7E = Corrupted OS file, possibly from overclocking. Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r
 
 
 
 
 
EDIT: BSODs are never good, to answer the question, 10/10

I have only ever used the h60 and h80 on an AMD platform, but as far as i know (because they both still come with intel mounting hardware), is it probably would be more secure after mounting. I recommend that you test mount with the current setup to determine if the block mounts well, or if something is stripped or missing.

For anything its always good to test fit and plan everything, research is key. Best of luck and good job on your PC building
