I work for an IT contractor and To be honest I like it but It has taken the fun out of doing computer stuff at home for myself

And honestly they wont really ask about the PC's you have built or anything just how many you have built etc..
You NEED a resume in the real world! Some places wont even consider you if you don't have one
And negotiate your PAY that is one thing I regret not doing

From what I have discovered is that the six pin PCIe connector is not wired the same as your typical connector.  @Robander85 supposedly got his working but has not replied to me as to what the pin out is.  The power supply I bought off of ebay was the wrong one and so I got on the sellers case for saying it would work with a xw8600 when it won't.  I got a refund on it and bought one that I know will work.  I will give it a try when it arrives and post info on the pin-out.  
 
 
I have the case listed in my initial post it is a Rosewill RSV-L4412 4U Rackmount Server Chassis 12 SATA / SAS Hot-Swap Drives.  I bought it off of ebay a year ago and have been using it for several different builds.  This case is entirely put together with screws and can be disassembled for painting in half an hour.  The steel is very thick and the fans are quiet.  If you want to make a high end build this would be the case to mod I just can't say enough good things about it.

I am not forgetting about you! Just had so much stuff going on! The build is done but I have had a clusterfuck of problems one after another...

The NAS is, but my main rig borked and I am literally finalising my windows 10 setup on my Samsung 950 pro after my RAID 0 of Crucial M550's failed and then I got a defective 950 pro. Got the new drive a few hours ago and just installed everything for work!
All will be up soon! Need to get the main rig finished first! 
The little rig has been my main machine for work recently! Fighting like a trooper but isn't nearly as powerful as the main machine!

It is but you dont want it to be because that causes condensation which equals water and water & electronics dont mix very well

So, so far the Displays iv seen reported on at CES are all rather disappointing.
 
They are all still 55"+ monstrosities
Was really hoping for at least some more sensible sized OLED's to be being shown, around the 37"-50" range.
 
 
That said, LG has yet to show their 43UH6500. So long as its OLED (and not LCD) and not a crappy budget OLED this smaller screen may well be worth looking at for PC gamers imo. I know I sure will. Whilst I would much rather see a 5120x2160 Ultra wide 46" display with Adaptive Sync, a 43" 4k OLED display , even if lacking Adaptive sync, may persuade me to part with my Plasma, so long as the price isn't crazy high. Though I unfortunately suspect its LCD
 
Still at least HDR / Wide Colour Gamut is a thing now.
