  1. Ive had my fury since launch day (june 2015) and have had no problems. But Starting yesterday it will artifact upon boot and get progressively worse, the more i do faster it black screens. Ruled out temp since it starts immediately and runs around 46c, plus all the fans currently work with no clogged rad fins. Vram wasnt overclocked and made sure gpu drivers are up to date. Any program will cause a black screen so i cant get a vram usage. All my spare amd cards work fine, do you guys think shes dead? 2. I have a really old Lenovo yoga tablet and it's showing it's age. I've been looking at a bunch of tablets and cases to see if there is a different brand out there that offers the same hinge mechanism but can't find one. Has anyone seen something similar it's become a must have for me and I'm not fond of kickstand mechanisms.
  3. To everyone who advises against the use of AIO I now see, proof was in the pudding. Definitely learned from this and will stick with air cooling.
  4. IL be using it strictly for gaining at no higher than 1440p. I do see your point with 8086k but that 30% cost difference is a set of ram in my eyes for a 2700x. Don't get to play as much as I used to so I cant justify spending to much on a rig now and days.
  5. bought it in August of 2013 but thanks for the knowledge
  6. Short story Left my house with my pc on and came back to crime scene. My H100i was melted at the button leaking all of its content out killing my mobo and my cpu went super nova. I was just curious on people's opinions. it's going to take a few months to get the funds for a new mobo and cpu, should I get the 2700x then or just wait for zen 2 architecture. I couldn't find any concrete release dates but I don't want to be waiting a hole year for it.
  7. my buddys 3570k is getting the same scores as mine, so now i'm thinking something is wrong with my system.
  8. considering i only game il never fully utilize those features, one graphics card and 8gb of ram is all il ever need the cinebench scores for my 3820 were quite low multi core being 486 and single 122, sure the 3970x blows mine away multi- 1065 and single-135 the 1600x beats both multi- 1245 and single- 161. i dont realy grasp these numbers would i see small or big performance change when it comes to gaming.
  9. i have until i saw the prices for used being still around the 200 mark
  10. Thanks for everyone's response, il start digging into my cpu's single core performance which i never thought to look at.
  11. I was wondering if it would be worth upgrading from my old i7 3820 non K edition to the Ryzen 1600x. I only play games and surf the web which seems to be what Ryzen 5 excels at.
  12. he likes to play pc games with other people near him.
  13. i did not realize that, i can see that making a difference thank you.
