    You need to uninstall your GPU drivers using DDU before you put the new card in.

    Dust filters are there to reduce the dust inside your PC, not to improve airflow. They restrict airflow, that's how they work.

    Yeah laptops usually throttle because they don't have lots of cooling.

    Well there are plenty of benchmarks on google images if you type "4690 vs 4790k" How much difference depends on the task you're running.

    What piece is it exactly? I can't find anything that looks like that in the mounting ahrdware of the 3.0...

    The 9900k is very slightly better at gaming (in the majority of games). If you care about 2 or 3 fps more then get the 9900K. If you do literally anything else other than game like video or photo editing, streaming, running other programs when gaming, etc. then get the 3900X.

    It doesn't matter what you have formatted your flash drive as. When you run the windows media creation tool it will format the drive itself and make it bootable.
