  1. When you change motherboards you should ALWAYS do a clean install properly.
  2. Just get a board with a PCIe 4.0 x4 m.2 slot and you will be fine.
  3. I'm not talking about the one you posted pictures of, I'm talking about all the other ones available on the market.
  4. What do you mean? It has a separate port for the keyboard and mouse, and it splits out to both PCs.
  5. It's the name of the device you're talking about. It's not a brand model. https://www.aten.com/global/en/resources/feature-articles/what-is-a-kvm-switch/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KVM_switch
  6. Depends on your personal opinion of 'worth', your income, your expenses, your job, etc etc etc
  7. I've used TVs as monitors for over 10 years. If you get the right one it works great, far better than a monitor.
  8. Do you want to wait a month? Because they won't be available for at least a month.
  9. Yeah, you should be able to. Might need to use disk management or some command line stuff to get rid of it..
  10. Possibly. If you unplug your HDD does your PC still boot? Because if not then you should definitely reinstall windows on the SSD with the hard drive unplugged.
  11. They might have a review on a similar model, like a different size one, or previous gen one, that should give you a good idea on what this one is like.
  12. check rtings.com for reviews of each one, get one with low input lag.
  13. It sounds like you installed windows on your SSD without unplugging your hard drive?
  14. Just get 32 so you never have to worry about running out of ram for the next 5 years.
  15. Yes Vbus is 5v. You need to solder both because USB C is reversible so when you plug it in upside down you still want it to work.
  16. You use the USB 2.0 D+ and D- pins for data as well as the GND and Vbus for power
  17. The sound in your headset is EMI, you fix that by getting an external DAC/AMP or audio interface. The sound coming from your GPU is coil whine and changing parts will not fix it, it is not a defect, that just happens with electronics.
  18. It works with regular GPUs too, just realview is disabled and you need to do a registry edit to enable that feature.
  19. A router is a switch with built in wifi. Also unless you get routers that can be combined into a single wifi mesh network you would have two separate networks you would have to switch between manually. If you just need wired ports, a switch is cheaper than a router.
  20. Why not buy a proper rackmount server chassis?
