I have an Evga SuperNova 750W gold plus G+ and an Evga SuperNova 750W gold plus G5 and wanted to use some cables from one for the other. I know it's a big nono to switch cables on PSUs but think they are compatible and just want to be sure, thanks

They both worked but the key for 10 works on 11 and I find 10 and 11 quite similar so I went with 11.

This isn't a solution per se but I had the exact issue you're having on a Z590 system using a copy of Windows downloaded from the MS site and then used Rufus to put it on USB, no internet even though Device showed it installed, legit key too. Installed 5 times, same thing then installed a copy of Windows from "elsewhere", worked like a dream and activated with a proper key. Never did figure it out but I'll never use the MS site again

About 2017, I built a 1920x Threadripper that I am in the process of moving to a new case and as the original 8 x 4 G only worked in 6 slots and wasn't on the QVL( they all work fine and 24 G was enough), I plan to upgrade to some that is on the list but was wondering about purchasing 2 dual channel kits (for the left and right side slots) now and 2 later. Are there any performance ramifications to be aware of, thankyou? Edit: found my answer
