Hi everyone, I bought a Steelseries Sensei RAW frost blue about 2-3 months ago and I recently I bought a 9HD to go along with it. The mouse tracks fine on my wooden desk but on the 9HD the cursor is not moving at all.
I tried the following:
1.Wiping the 9HD with the cloth it came with.
2.Cleaning the mouse sensor with a Q-tip.
3.Reinstalling the Steelseries Engine.
4.Updating the firmware.
So, do you guys think my mouse is having major problems or just the software or the sensor is pretty much broke. Thank you for reading this post. Please help.
