I have Corsair H80is in 2 of my systems and have never had an issue with leaking - I'd go for a h100i or one of the newer models for your main PC and there is a great extra thin h75 which would suit the smaller build!

I'd go for a 1000w PSU to be safe, means you can reuse the PSU on a future build too. My personal preference would be a Samsung SSD (Evo 850 are popular now). The 2400Mhz RAM seems a little overkill, if you can save a few bucks get 2000Mhz or 1800Mhz. The rest seems fine to me

Thought I might try out AMD , what CPU to buy ?

BS, i'd like to see an i3 out perform a 8350. Especially with the overclock room available. -

He wants AMD specifically, and don't be so hard on the 9590, you can get it in some places for less than $300 now. -
No, your CPU will be fine for a least another year or 2 with the hardest to run games. I think that you'll be more likely to upgrade the GPU in a year before needing to touch the CPU. If you were rendering films then it would be a different story Edit- And if you wanna squeeze more out of it then consider an AIO water cooler and do some overclocking, perhaps up to 4.5Ghz

If it's AMD you want then get the FX 9590 if you can afford it, or else the 8350. Don't bother with APUs (A series) when you have a graphics card -
The 4K res is an important feature for them to get

i7 4970K temperature problems on stock cooler
Coswar replied to ButterTime's topic in Troubleshooting
Sir - He may not be using the stock paste as he has been using a watercooler as well. If the guy would just reply we could clear this all up- 27 replies

I'm sorry, but according to who's dictionary? In my opinion it refers to any upgrade that is not as good as it should be.

I think the point is that he won't be able to access the full potential of the 390x with his system, and therefore the 1090T is holding back (bottlenecking) his GPU

i7 4970K temperature problems on stock cooler
Coswar replied to ButterTime's topic in Troubleshooting
Sounds like you have applied your thermal paste badly to me! The stock cooler shouldn't be allowing the CPU to over heat. How much thermal paste did you use, and how did you apply it?- 27 replies

Just buy any reasonably reviewed PCI-E Wireless adapter and you will be fine! Look for at least a N300 one (from worst to best they are : N150, N300, N450, N600, N750, N900). If your router supports AC then look for one that supports that.

Hardly, he has a legitimate issue

Well if you are using copyrighted music then Youtube may have removed the sound for that reason. They have done this to many people - that's why linus is always so careful! Otherwise, I'd say a reupload is the only option
