Cohacq got a reaction from Slayerking92 in Computer only uses just above 50% of ram before going to pagefile
    Specs:
    CPU: Ryzen 3600
Motherboard: Asus Prime B450-Plus (updated bios a few weeks ago)
Ram: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200mhz (running at 2133 until I can fix this issue)
    GPU: Asus AMD 5700XT
Drives: 1TB Intel P660 as boot drive, 2x WD Red 3TB in raid 1.for storage

I've had this computer for about a year and this has been a constant issue. If I watch the memory section in task manager, it goes up to 53-55% and then just... stops. Windows has automatically made a 25 gig pagefile but it feels strange that my computer should use that when there is memory available. My computer detects all 16 gigs and running Windows built in memory test showed no errors, and I've tried both sticks together and one stick at a time with long overnight runs. I've even gotten a replacement ram kit but the issue persists. I've also reinstalled Windows more than once with no luck. Any ideas?

Quick update: I checked the manual again regarding ram slots and which ones I should use. The drawing isnt exactly clear, but it looks like I should use the grey ones further from the CPU. I used the black ones before so I've now switched. If I notice any performance difference I'll update again. Here's a link to it (the relevant part is on page 19-20) in case I completely misinterpeted it. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/lit_files/404157.pdf

@Alex Atkin UK  @TheEthanMaverickHere's a screencap of Crystaldiskinfo and Disk Management:
As you can see, the disk model number says ST2000LM007, and googling the model number brings up a Seagate 2TB 2.5" drive. They also bought it in a physical store here in Sweden so I doubt they got scammed. I'm going over to their place tomorrow with GParted to check with it as well.

Do any of these count? I mean I remember back in the day when smartphones weren't really a thing and each phone had a proprietary connector but then it all got beaten by the almighty micro usb.
Or proprietary motherboards from manufacturers like dell or hp?

This is the path for windows 10. Basically you just want to tick the "Listen to this device" box in the listen tab of your input device.

Wait that means I can get video out of my ethernet jacks in my walls... Woah that's great... Linus should do something like that in the building. Like to have monitors displaying stuff from an ethernet cable. Do a future project or something with that awesome graphics card.

I'm new here so maybe it was answered already but what is wrong with focus in latest videos? I mean, even with 4K you can clearly see the stuff that should be in focus but they are not, like.. the that videocard's ports in the intro, or Linus' face sometimes... Same thing was with 1660ti review.

Just twist the cable when you're running it behind the motherboard.

He used Linux in his recent hot-swapping PCIe video so I don't think he is. I think that they don't really talk about it because they mainly use windows to test things and also usually it's not that relevant since Linux is always updating

Samsung 850 Evo if you're doing Sata, or whatever Samsung m.2 you can get. I've had a 256GB since 2012 and it fills up quickly if you play several different games at the same time like I do so for my case a 512GB would be better, but if you only play 1-2 games and then uninstall them, a 256 will do nicely.

USB 2 is only garuanteed to work up to 5 meters, any longer than that and you will need active cables.

Is there any possibility of running it wirelessly?

Yes. Unplug the HDD and install to SSD. Anything on the SSD will be lost but because the HDD is disconnected, nothing will be lost. Any applications will work but need to be reinstalled for proper integration.

Cohacq got a reaction from Pheelo in Where to buy DAN Cases A4-SFX?
    "Availability
Initially the A4-SFX was a crowdfunded project on Kickstarter. The campaign was available between May and June in 2016. In this time, more than 1600 cases were sold on the Kickstarter platform. The project goal of 500 cases was reached in less than 40 minutes. The consumer demand was higher than expected so the campaign were nearly sold out.
Meanwhile there are thousands of new people interested in buying the A4-SFX, so it will be available again. DAN Cases found two resellers, OverclockersUK and Caseking Germany, who will offer the case for purchase towards the end of 2016."
