  1. I was watching random tech youtube videos, and ran in to this video (Korean Language) Seems very related to temperature as this video suggested 2 years ago. But I really dont know if we only get 6~8watts of charging during normal use on 25W and 45W charger seems absolutely unacceptable. Even when the phone is OFF, the charger never charges phone on 45W except very short amounts of time. Though LMG might be interested on doing video regarding this. There are alots of people purchasing fast charger including PD cabpable, and if Samsung phones are incapable of doing so, it's such a waste.
  2. I just bought a used ASRock H81M-ITX Motherboard. The weird thing is it has USB 3.0 header pins, but no actual socket to plug it. My question is if I buy a USB 3.0 Header socket and solder it in, will it work?? MOBO Link - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157451 Please help! -Jun Chang

  4. I ended up with 1050w because I was lured by Price($110) and though I would get two 780ti... The computer will be used for Gaming PC for LivingRoom. [No gaming PC in my room] And also entertainment system holding musics and movies.
  5. I am planning a 970 SLI. Not sure about should I do 2 Blower design or 1 Blower and 1 Third Party cooling.
  6. I have everything except MOBO, GPU, and RAM. For PSU, I first thought about doing 780ti SLI or 980 SLI. So I have 1050w. And got it cheap. I also have 3 HDD and 1 SSD.
  7. Hi folks~, Hi Linus, Hi Luke! I am planning my new build and since I am spending so much, I want to make sure I am doing it right. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jD8kRB CPU: Intel Core i7-5930K 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor (Purchased) HeatSink: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (Purchased) MOBO: Gigabyte GA-X99M-GAMING 5 Micro ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 4 series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (Keeping old one) GPU: 2 x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Video Card (Reference Blower) PSU: SeaSonic X Series 1050W 80+ Gold PSU (Purchased) CASE: Corsair Air 240 MicroATX Mid Tower Case (Purchased) I would like it small so I am going with mATX. For CPU, I just got it with Intel Retail Edge Program. << If you are eligible, please do it. Pretty much, I have not purchased MOBO, GPU, and RAM yet. If you have a advice or recommendation, please do so!
  8. GTX 980.... Yay... But price of 780 ti is declining unbelievely.... Also, I really do not like that LED, and must use ZOTAC Software to turn it off??? T.T
  9. If I were you, I would go with the UM29. UM25 is just too small. it will feel like you are having 21 inch screen.
  10. Yup, When I am done with the project, it sure will go to BuildLog... ^^
  11. Both ASUS and ACER monitor has external power brick. External power brick is must for me because when building PS4 laptop, having smaller power supply is always better. If it wasnt external power brick, size of the power supply unit inside the monitor will be outrageous... hahaha
  12. I have GTX 670 and game quality it gives suits me perfectly.
  13. I wont need speakers because generally, speakers in monitor is worthless, and I will have speaker system. Thus, don't need monitor speaker.
  14. Hi, I am trying to get a monitor for PS4. One is ASUS VX228H Black 21.5" 1ms GTG http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236358 And another one is Acer H6 Series H226HQLbid Black 21.5" 5ms GTG http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009484&cm_re=H226HQLbid-_-24-009-484-_-Product ASUS has faster responsive time and non glare screen. ACER has slower responsive time but has better screen quality, yes it has glare. I am leaning towards Acer monitor but, If you were to choose a monitor for PS4 gaming, what monitor would you choose?? P.S: This monitor will be used for my PS4 Laptop Project I am working on... ^^
  15. As most of people, I love that 2.5K (2560 x 1440) Display. We may adjust Contrast with custom ROM later!!! Who knows?! PS: I was surprised that LG made that Back delete undoes autocorrect... YES SwiftKey! Are you listening??? ?
  16. I did many tests and came out to be none of my Parts are malfunctioning and they are all fine... I found out that my Motherboard is for Ivy Bridge CPU and because I am using sandy bridge, there is issue.... So looks Like I need to buy 3rd gen and put it in...
  17. I have, but it is still causing crash and reboot. I will try to re-update to Latest BIOS and try everything again.
  18. Ah... I see. You want to put Linus on Xbox 360... The way it's going to happen is probabbly.... Connect XBOX hard drive to PC. Wipe the Hard Drive, and load the pre-done Linux Image to that hard drive, and Plug in back to Xbox, and it will run~! I think.
  19. I tried windows 7 and no help. Latest BIOS and no help.
  20. He is using Dell Motherboard...Yes cheap.. But his i3 is also sandy bridge.... so why his chip works, but mines doesnt....T.T So only real solution I get is put Ivy Bridge instead of sandy bridge CPU.....lol Now that makes sense... ^^; But my Driver is latest and still malfunctioning
  21. To Ps_domingo Yes, I guess this board is ivy bridge motherboard, but will it create a problem using Sandy bridge on it??? But What you mean Driver on this one.... You mean chipset?
  22. I did try in Dual Channel Mode, DIMM2 and 4, or yea.. as you said two Black slots... But still error. And I did put the setting on Prefer Maximum Performance, but still getting error sometimes.
  23. PSU have no problem. I tried with my brothers PSU and PC still gets an errror. I first got Zalman PSU and it did the same thing. Fan not spinning and it died in 3 hour. Then I got Corsair now doing the same thing. Just not dying but working fine. Something is making PSU unstable, not PSU it self.
