Yeah, I'm really tight on money so this is what I'm gonna get. Is it possible to replace the graphics card or no?

I don't mind bumping down the settings for some of the more demanding games, so that shouldn't be a problem!

I realize the title is vague, let me clarify. I want to be able to play games (without lag) at ultra settings . The games I would be playing are Skyrim, Fallout 3, LoL, tf2, and most steam games. Would I be able to play games coming out today? Here's the laptop: ASUS ROG GL551JW-DS71 15.6-Inch FHD Gaming Laptop, NVIDIA GTX960M. Thanks for any feedback!
