Thanks for the concern everyone. We are still in recovery mode over here and working with YouTube to get everything restored. Will hopefully have a video (or at least an update on WAN Show) to share with you all ASAP, but we want to make sure we get the details right since smaller channels may rely on our experience to help harden their own security.

depending on what programs you may build.
For simple programs like databases or web-based programs the i5 or i3 are enough.
You should note that both the i5 and i7 are hyperthreaded, the only difference is the core-speed and the gpu.

Put the IDE drive in master mode, but change the BIOS settings to boot to the SATA drive first. try that.

k0enf0rNL reacted to Andrew0472 in GTX 8-serie?
in 2 months hopefully more news about the 800 series will be out. If it is then wait but if no news or anything has come out then a 780 will be great

k0enf0rNL reacted to TheRetiredSlave in GTX 8-serie?
If you're not building for two months, I would just wait and see what's available then.. If the 880 is out and looks like a good deal, buy one.. If the 880 isn't a good price, the 780 isn't a bad option.
It doesn't make sense to make this decision now..

k0enf0rNL reacted to amintha1992 in earcup size ATH-M50
they are one of the most comfortable headsets you can find and for that price the quality of the sound and the build quality is over the top.
just a tip, get the version(new) that has the removable cable because it will save you lot of trouble with the long cable from the older versions.
my M50s had a coiled Cable but it was heavy and bulky(didnt like it very much) I moded my M50 so my one now has a removable cable.
-
k0enf0rNL reacted to Aphexx in earcup size ATH-M50
the coiled cable version of the m50 is a great portable with the media player in your jeans pocket the cable hangs mid thigh up to your head exactly the same as the chain wallet I used to wear as a kid (don't judge me it was cool at the time) and rugged construction I don't expect this to break on me
now as per the the overpricing thing.
I understand that its been listed at around 100 in the past and at that price its a steal of a deal but to say its overpriced and then in the same sentence recommend the dt770 is absurd. I love my dt770 and I love my m50 but they're both the same price and the dt770 while having a pleasing bass has abysmal mids and detail. in no way do I see $50 worth of extra value in the dt770 compared to the m50
