  1. This is still one side of the story, her boyfriend wasn't there to witness it.
  2. This is my conclusion as well. She wasn't fit for the role and the high pressure environment combined with time constraints didn't help. Shit like this happens, LMG should learn from this and tone down the pressure and do something about employee well being. But that is nothing new, we knew that before Madison posted on Twitter.
  3. It is part of the discussion, she says she had a huge workload and felt high pressure and that feedback was often harsh and direct. You can only determine if that is unjustified if you look at her role at the company. If you can't fit the role properly but people expect that you will then you are going to experience a hostile work environment. I'm not saying that LMG shouldn't do anything to prevent this but it isn't weird for someone to feel a lot of pressure if he/she can't execute the role they've been given. To me the pressure isn't strange as I said in my other comment. You are the Social Media Coordinator for a $100M company, there is bound to be pressure and workload especially for a company like LMG.
  4. It's not proof, my reading from that video (and the ROG build video) is that she isn't professional. It's just my opinion. based on per personality I wouldn't hire her, let alone hire her at a high pressure position like Social Media Coordinator for a $100m+ company. She couldn't handle the job in my opinion, aside from her mental health issues she clearly has.
  5. According to her it was inappropriate. According to the glassdoor review she hadn't thought of that until she posted it on Twitter.
  6. Where is the Sexual Assault in all this? All I see is that someone grabbed her and she doesn't even state what part of her body.
  7. Finally somebody said it. Just watch the Show & Tell video of her, she doesn't seem professional at all. If you then compare the review on glassdoor with the twitter thread she seems to exaggerate a lot of what has happened. To me this just sounds like somebody who hasn't "grown up" enough to be in a high pressure "startup like" environment. And then she goes on to also say she hurts herself to get sick days. https://youtu.be/AflNDflM-LU?t=253
  8. What config was used in these cases? Does that cpu cooler come with am4 bracket?
  9. sorry i'm quite new to the night theme. How do I do this?
  10. Yea, now its more entertaining to watch though. Its mostly news articles with very good discussions. I loved hearing (when it worked) some of the guests opinions too. They should definitely do a throwback wan show some time.
  11. I actually remember reading the full build log on this one and seeing it on the wan show. https://youtu.be/DbKh77wSqPE?t=7550
  12. I think they slowly forgot about it. I remember some WAN shows luke didn't have time to put something together in time.
  13. I used to love seeing awesome and interesting builds from the community with some comments from Luke and Linus. This is one of the WAN shows where they did this: https://youtu.be/c8WrGJ4GLm4?t=5891 I also made a reddit post about it on /r/pcmasterrace: https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/53yoit/can_we_get_linus_to_do_builds_of_the_week_on_the/ Hope to see it tomorrow
  14. How do I make sure to remove every file? I've removed the installation folder but where are the other files?
  15. I deleted the mods and removed every file in the gta V folder before installing it again. Even in the install wizard I clicked uninstall before installing it again. My save games are gone too.
  16. I'm having issues after I installed GTA V again last week. I've been playing GTA V before without any problems but my little brother installed some mods so I had to reinstall GTA V. After I reinstalled GTA V I got some very strange issues. I've set everything to the lowest settings and updated my nvidia driver and uninstalled every sound driver except realtek which I reinstalled. I'm still getting drops to 1fps for 3 seconds and then it turns back to 60fps. My gpu vram fills up even on the lowest settings but the gpu load is around 30% and the temp is around 60 degrees. Can anyone help with this issue? My specs are in my signature below.
  17. Yesterday I played for 2 hours without any drops to 1fps but now they are back and I didn't even change any settings. The VRAM is on 2800MB so not as much as yesterday but it still drops to 1fps very often for 3 seconds precicely. I don't understand why this happens. My cpu is around 60%-70% and gpu is 70 degress celsius. It appears to drop more often when doing online jobs instead of online free roam and offline free roam. Then again if the internet speed/ping is a problem I shouldn't be getting dropped to 1fps. What can I do to fix this?
  18. 1920x1080, it stayed stable at 2900MB for about 2 hours. Thanks for your help! Gonna try to up some settings.
  19. I don't get it. after about 20 minutes of playing its all the way up to 2800MB again.
  20. Which ones are the gameworks features? The VRAM is currently somewhere around 2000MB so I can slowly turn some options up again. thanks!
  21. Currently trying with less distance scaling. I've already turned down the textures to normal instead of high. I've ran GTA V on my pc before and it worked perfectly fine. I'll update if it happens again in the next 10 minutes. Thanks for your help anyways.
  22. I'm using lower settings than the optimal settings from geforce experience. When I go to the online lobby menu's for a race it starts going down to 1fps too. It just fills up and then never goes back down. I already reduced the VRAM usage from 2600MB (in GTA V settings) to 1500MB without any result. Is it possible vsync is causing this "lag"?
  23. Hello, I've had problems over the past week with GTA V and it filling up my VRAM without any apparent reason. In the graphics settings on GTA V it says its using 1600MB of the 3000MB available. When I'm not running GTA V, gpu-z shows me its using somewhere between 300MB - 400MB. When I just started GTA V and I got outside my garage I get about 2600MB which looks fine. After about 15 minutes of driving around my VRAM slowly fills up until 2900MB+ and then it starts going back to 1fps every now an then for 3 seconds and then back to 60fps. Has anyone had the same problem as me/knows how to fix this? I'm using the latest drivers from nvidia geforce experience and I've disabled any non realtek audio drivers. System config is in my signature below. Kind regards, K0enf0rNL
  24. Yea i've seen that one doesn't explain interlacing at all just refresh rates. I'ill just buy the 1080i one then and hopefully it works just fine.
