(EVGA 2070 Super FTW3 Ultra) - So I first noticed the issue when playing cyberpunk. I noticed that the gpu usage would dip down to as low as 54% whenever going into more intensive areas like the in the city. However as I leave from the city it goes higher up to 97%. I'm not sure if this is relevant but I'll also add that my cpu usage ranges from 50-80%. Also this seems to only really happen when running DLSS. My gpu stays at 97% when just straight rasterization or when running ray tracing with the DLSS. Now, at first I thought maybe it was an issue with just cyberpunk, until I ran a benchmark on heaven and scored a 2978. My dad, who has the same exact system as mine as far as cpu and gpu goes, scored 3321. I then put my gpu in his system and scored 3355. I thought maybe my gpu wasn't supplying enough power or something like that because when running gpu z and cyberpunk it would show the performance cap reason as power. I needed a new psu anyways because I was using an older Ultra 850w from back in the day so I went ahead an bought a new one to replace it. However that was not the issue since I'm still scoring the same (GPU z no longer shows power as my performance cap, but rather idle...). Another interesting thing is that I use a riser cable to vertically mount my gpu, so I thought maybe that could be the reason because of the distance. I took it off the riser cable....and my performance dropped 100 in score... I also uninstalled all Nvidia software and drivers and ran DDU in safe mode two times, no improvement from that either unfortunately. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. And if you guys need any more info about my system that I might have missed just let me know. Thanks!
Edit 1: In case thermals might be of concern, I don't get over 65C in any case.
