  1. Have tried it unplugged, still same results
  2. It's soldered on the motherboard and checked the connections. The only reseatable connections is the ram and m.2. I am trying to figure it out but it might be unfixable at this point. I never had this problem, so it was a new one to me.
  3. I have a lenovo legion y520 and it about 5 years old. I have been having the BSOD everytime I move it during gaming. I may move not by much and it crashes the GPU (GTX 1060 max-q). Any ideas on a fix on this or is a new laptop purchase in the future?
  4. That's a pretty good build and deal
  5. Is it a blower design card? Also how is the thermals on that Omen?
  6. Yeah right time and place for that, little computer shop near me are selling 570s for 475 and 580s for 550
  7. I have been seeing that eBay recently, were they Sata or m.2, because Sata SSDs have been going for good prices recently
  8. What is the best deal you bought because you saw at a store or online? I have been seeing some good deals recently. For like HDDs, Ram, and SSDs. Like a couple of months ago, I was going for a ram upgrade for my build from 16gb to 32gb. Since I game and build mods for games like left 4 dead 2, Skyrim and Fallout and I use blender and other 3d modeling softwares. So I went to best buy right when the deals change (sometimes they honor the deals of last week at the present week), they had 4x8gb kit for 275 but the deal they had for the 2x16gb for 175 on sale and bought two of the 2x16gb kits for 75 more than the 4x8gb. I know it's overkill but couldn't past that offer.
  9. I would say RTX 2080 because they are not really too badly priced some where between 750 to 1000. I know they are last generation but compared to the 3080 pricing you would save some money for next generation and still have a decent card.
  10. The recent WAN show about the problems of amazon for LTTStore is probably most likely an ASIN or FNSKU problem on amazon's side. I worked at an Amazon fulfillment facility, BWI4. I was in the outbound side, packing and shipping, I was basically an assistant manager for the PA because I was trained in all areas of outbound, BOD, pack, Dwells, Hazmat, kickout and Problem solve. Throughout a normal day, I would have to send our PA managers messages for corrections of ASINs/FNSKU, which the ASIN is the code in our system for the item in the warehouses (You can find your item's ASIN in product details of the Amazon webpage usually looks like B00005 or XCJ0000, usually with product weight and dimensions). Which our PAs send the items that need ASIN correction to inbound (the team at sets up the warehouse organization), they will usually try to correct it or put it in the system as wrong item and correct it. Although sometimes inbound screws up and marks the items wrong ASIN with the wrong weight attached to the item. It will still ship the wrong item, the parameters fit to be shipped. The last line to stop the wrong item to be shipped is kickout. Kickout is the station where once the item is boxed and put on the line for dock to pack the trucks, it will weight and check the box and SP00 (SP00 codes are for the system to connect the item parameters to be shipped- bag of chips box of 12 Ship in own container or B0 box, weigh 5lbs to be shipped to Las Vegas). When there is a mistake, the box will kickout of the line and head over to the operator to make sure the item, weight, and SP00 are correct for that shipment. When inbound makes a mistake with the ASINs, the machine read the SP00 and weigh the box, it will think that the 20oz bottle weighs the same as a 40oz bottle and ship the wrong item. Although in Amazon's system it was right. Another thing is, like said in the WAN show- the time crunches in the facilities. You have to get a certain amount of orders out for the shipping/priority time, I worked night 6pm-5am, our priorities were 9,9:30,11,12,1:30, and 5 (can be up to 10000 items for each time), which corresponding with order time and delivery choosen. If items weren't out for their priority time then our shift would look bad and worker who may handled the item that missed priority looks bad. Though there are many reasons why priority time are missed and management doesn't want to explain upper management the problems of why the shift missed a priority time by 100 items, so they will either throw the employee under the bus or ship the wrong item (20oz LTT water bottle instead of a 40oz). It was a motto in the facility, better wrong item then miss. Which shows that management and upper management rather have wrong items then missing. If I were you guys get together with Amazon warehouse department and double check the ASIN for the water bottle and make sure they match the proper item and dimensions. The problems you guys are facing from Amazon are problems I had to deal with in the warehouse of our facility.
  11. Yeah I have tried one stick of ram. I used a buddy's motherboard to test my CPU and it worked on his no problem. Also the LED for debugging doesn't show anything.
  12. Yeah the LEDs on the motherboard are turning on and the ram is new. I bought both of them today
  13. No because the PC won't post/fully turn on, so I am using the Ryzen 5 2600 for right now and the CPU does work
  14. I had a PSU failure a month ago, which fried almost all of my parts, and fully got enough time and money to replace parts. I replaced my Motherboard, PSU, and Ram (GPU was still good). When I did a out of case test, the Motherboard is on but everything else won't fully turn on. The fans on the GPU, CPU heatsink, and PSU spin up but stop after a minute. I have tried just about everything to get it to post but it won't. CPU- Ryzen 5 2600 (Have a 3600, but trying to Update Bios) MB- Asus B450-F Strix RAM- Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz GPU- MSI RTX 2060 Super PSU- Corsair CX650M SSD- Samsung M.2 256 HDD- (Seagate 2TB, and Seagate 4TB)- Not Installed
  15. Also the CPU is always in between 3.7 and 3.8
  16. No it causes mass frame drops. When the GPU has usage to it. It's stays 60 FPS on 4k. Once the GPU drops down it effects the frame rate
  17. I just finished my first build with a Ryzen 2600 and RTX 2060 Super. When trying Ace Combat 7, my GPU Usage would go from 80-90% down to 7%. I tried the game on different resolutions to see if that was the problem but 1080, 1440, and 4k were having the same problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
  18. I cleaned off and reapplied thermal paste about 6 months ago and I open the back and regularly clean everything with computer duster about once a month or once every two months because since where I am at not that much dust and I clean my place on a regular basis. As said above I want to do better games. I would like to upgrade my HDD but since this laptop is performance is going down, so I don't know if I should invest more money in this laptop because I had to fix it a couple of times with my own money because the warranty ran out and that's usually when all my problems love to show up. I thank you guys for the feedback, it just being at a crossroad like this usually sucks.
  19. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5547 with the i7-4510U, 16gb of Ram, and 1 TB HDD. My laptop is or almost 4 years old and I have noticed it is starting to decline in performance. The start up time is past 30 sec and sometimes it hangs on the booting process and when updating it, is a hassle because it will slow down so bad that it takes forever to open word or edge. Trust me I have wiped the drive about a couple of times to see if that was the problem but its slow. I mostly use this laptop for school and some light gaming (because of this Intel 4400HD but I am a gamer and want to do better games) but now the light gaming I use to do, has decrease such as World of Tanks I would have at least 55-70 FPS in game but now I have about 25-35 FPS (that's on low/minimum settings). The reason I am asking is because recently best buy has some good deals on an Asus GL702VS which usually sells for $1600 but an open box with warranty usually sells at $1150-$1250 (which that laptop has a GTX 1070 with 12gb of ram, 1TB HDD and options to upgrade for a NVMe M.2 SSD and a G-Sync monitor with 75Hz refresh rate), I don't know if I keep for a little bit longer or just replace it now?
  20. I am close to start my first PC build. I plan to use this pc for serious gaming and do some serious graphic mods. I am also going to do OC and SLI. Both of the builds have Windows OS with them i7 Build CPU- Intel i7 6700k Motherboard- MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X Ram- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb DDR4 3000 GPU- Corsair Hydro GFX GTX 1080 PSU- Corsair RM850X CPU Cooler- Corsair H100i GTX Case- Corsair Crystal 460X Storage- Two SSDs- 240-250gb with 960gb-1tb Cost-$2150 i5 Build CPU- Intel i5 6600k Motherboard- MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X Ram- Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb DDR4 3000 GPU- MSI GTX 1070 Sea Hawk X PSU- Corsair RM850X CPU Cooler- Corsair H100i GTX Case- Corsair Crystal 460X Storage- Two SSDs- 240-250gb with 960gb-1tb Cost-$1775
  21. I would like the New Razer Balde 14. It sounds like a badass laptop or basically mobile pc.
