Hello everyone, I have a small question, I'm planning on building a mini-itx system on the AM4 platform (when/if the boards arrive...). The problem is that I already have a CPU cooler: The CoolerMaster Hyper 412s. It has a height of 160 mm and the case has space for 162 mm coolers, this should fit. But if I want to get this cooler on a AM4 motherboard I need to get the upgrade kit from coolermaster. I wonder if this could make the cooler taller, so it won't fit anymore?

Thank you for taking the time to read my question, Next-year I'll be going to college, my current PC is an old prebuild form 2011 with an i3-2100 and hd 5570, I want to upgrade. In college most people use a laptop, I also want to, a light laptop that can handle some gaming and with an ssd (at least 128 gb of storage). I think that a 1060 or a 960m/970m would be a nice graphics card for some gaming with keeping the future in mind. One problem is that I live in the Netherlands and computer parts and laptops are wayyy to expensive. Can you guys find a laptop with a diagonal of max 17 inch and that is easy to take with you? My budget is a max of 900 euro's (about 1000 dollars), including shipping(!) Some sites I search on are: alternate.nl, bol.com and laptopshop.nl Thanks again for taking your time!
