Unter HTML5 they are trying to stop using tables. Table element is no longer supported. They want you to use CSS 3.0 now. Bootstrap is a good place to start. The classes are actually pretty good. Don't need to write any css code  Tables will not work on mobile devices very well

That a bunch of crap. everyone make syntax errors. End of story If you ever went to a big conference like in San Diego Los Vegas, or New York. In a session there might be 1500 people or more. I guarantee the presenter on that stage will make some type of syntax error.
 
Even the author of node.js a very quiet and unusual man made mistakes in his presentation and he that the creator of that JavaScript library. If you were handed a project for a example the CMS called DNN. Your job will be redesigning the skin.  No text editor like notepad++ or an editor in that family will ever come close in assisting you in modifying the thousands lines of code that you be overwhelm with.

What's so great about sublime 2?  It just like notepad++.I just downloaded that program and look at it. Both of those program are junk when you are under pressure to get your part of the project done. If I was your supervisor and you are getting paid $90,000.00 a year. I will force you to use a real IDE. You will not hold me or your team back. We get paid to produce. and not mess around a mickey mouse program that will not tell you if you made a syntax error and have to spend hours trying to find that error.

The best 1st language is either JavaScript, or PHP. if you are into website development. If you into Window Applications, C# or VB is a good starting point. HTML, and CSS is not considered to be languages. They are in the Markup Languages category because they are so forgiving when you create a syntax error. Real language will not run because 1 miss type error. You have to hunt down that little error and fix it for the app to run.

Programming is one of the most "future proof" professions out there. Everything will need code in the future.
 
Outsourcing programming to China and what not faces the same possible quality issues as physical wares. Quality software is very often made elsewhere.

Definitely not. Very useful. This case is not created for the gamer. It's created for the professionals. Either for a server or for video editing. This case can hold 2 motherboards and can hold a zillion hard drives in the 3 unit case. If you purchase 935 and 915 S. 915 R already comes with Stacker.935. 
 
Here is a scenario for video editing. On one motherboard you can render a video that might take 3 hours to render. On the other motherboard you can edit the video at the same time. You can put in two liquid cooling systems, one for each CPU, and you can have RAID 10 for massive storage to store all of your videos. You only have to pop in a KVM switch to switch between the two motherboards using the same monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

That td selector code should work. How are you using the css? Inline, header, or external file?  In VS 2012 Pro with intellisense automatic code writing, this code was generated
 
The no space between the :5 shouldn't effect the code from running the right way. Might want to to look at the space between td{
td { border: 1px dotted blue; height: 50px;}

Why work so hard. Haven't your employer got on to you yet for not producing your projects on time. Most IDE will tell you where a error in your code right away. In Notepad++ you have to hunt down the error. In notepad, it has colorful fonts and line numbers. I want a tool that assist me in writing productive code as fast as possible.

You are absolutely right. I never said or will be a gamer. I'm a graphic designer and and website developer as my trade, and going back to school to learn video production. hence I want a high powered workstation for video editing and processing.
