Hello guys my fps is capped at 20/25 I tried re-installing drivers, disabled that xbox shit DVR or something like that and still got this bug ( and i did restart the pc after all the prosesses. vsync is off but i do have good fps at league of legends I7 6700K gtx 1070 16GB RAM

Turned off DVR still 25 fps locked like wtf at all games but not league

Cant find DVR at the wither 3

Thanks m8 for all the help i think it was something with my gpu bcs I looked like I was running bf1 on intel graphics, but the driver worked and was up to date. and the cpu load was just fricking weird. so removed all the content on the c: drive (did a clean windows instal) kept the games on my other driver ( that where only games ) and now i reinstalled evrything dindt need to instal the games again. and evrything workes fine. we still dont know what it was but we fixed it thanks all @Gonio @tlink @RollinLower
