At the start, all components go to maximum power, don't they? That's what I read in my college textbook last year when I took a computer engineering course. They all start up to max power just for a few seconds then almost instantly go to idle. 

I don't think this is in here, but also make sure your PSU has the horsepower to support all the hardware in the machine. It also be a good try to reset the CMOS via the CMOS jumper on your motherboard. If you're not sure how to do this, Google "CMOS jumper" and you should find out how. 

Intel has finally issued a security alert telling users and manufacturers that there is a security flaw in the Intel Management Engine firmware versions 11.0 through 11.20.
 
I recommend everyone go to the detection tool on Intel's support website (linked above) to download and test their machine for vulnerabilities. If you own an Intel Core processor (including Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7) that is Skylake or later, an Intel Xeon processor (including E3-1200 v5 & v6 Product Family) that was released 2015 or later, you may be vulnerable to remote attack. This attack also extends to some Atom and Apollo Pentium/Celeron processors used in IoT devices and mobile devices.
 
I also recommend checking your motherboard manufacturer's website to download any UEFI flash updates that may be needed to remedy these issues.

You're paying for your access to the internet. That is not inclusive of anything but access to web servers. If you're paying for internet, do you automatically deserve to have Netflix for free? No, you pay for content. You pay for internet first, then the special content you want on the internet as well. 

Well they know im born on january 1st.

and like the article says, so can google, yahoo, apple or any other company that host its own services, microsoft did it to an employee that leaked security measure of windows, which i think is justifiable, yes i do think emails should be private but these companies have so many users that its impossible to keep track of every single one of them, its only in cases like this that they would do it and just to said person and maybe its contacts, besides they don't care what kind of junk can be found in some people mails
