I would like this small piece of beast. Would definitely pair it up with an evga x99 mini itx or at least an maxt x99 and make a small yet beasty rig out of it would use it for not only gaming but also video editing. Good Luck everyone

alright I decided that I'll go with the 780 Poseidon then. since as u said looks better too and can expand with my H220. Thanks for the input mate! ^^

I'm using the window edition too but seems like majority here is advising to go with the newer 970

opss almost forgotten I'm currently using the Bitfenix Prodigy ITX Version.

Hi guys I'm quite in a dilemma right now as I already owned an H220 cooler and I plan to expand it to my GPU If Possible. In my country (Malaysia) it cost roughly to go either one of the route below. I will be gaming most on 1080p only and don't see any upgrade in the foreseeable future. Which would be best choice among them? as From review the benchmark dosent seem much difference in 1080p 1)Asus GTX780 Poseidon 2)Sapphire Reference R9 290 with EKWB Nickel Acetal Waterlock 3)Any non Reference GTX970 So which would be better choice? I'm leaning towards the Poseidon due to having a Maximus Impact Motherboard. But I do need input from you guys before jumping into it. Specs: G3258@ 4.0Ghz(Upgrading to i5-4670k soon) 8GB DDR3 Corsair Dominator Platinum Asus Maximus Impact VI Samsung PM851 240GB M2 SSD 128GB Plextor SSD 1.5TB HDD Seasonic X850 80+ Gold Swiftech H220

what liquid cooling can you fit in a 250D?
gxthelord replied to 1832vin's topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
Personally building a same build as u. The black ice pro 2 will fit in just fine with 25mm thickness. U might wanna find thin fans if u are going for thicker 240mm on the side. -
First Time Water Cooling, Corsair 250D.
gxthelord replied to gxthelord's topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
The rad clearance is only 27mm at max. Hence I go with the black ice pro 2 instead. And skullbringer thanks for the UN Mount really never thought of that before! ^^ Will think about a way to mount with those too. ^^- 3 replies

Hi guys, I would need some input from you guys on how to mount the wc setup? >< The parts I'm using would be the following brought forward from my previous build. EKWB DCP4.0 Swiftech Mini Res Rev 2.0 2xSP120 + Black Ice Pro 2 240mm rads. The small space available in front of the PSU kinda restrict me what I wanna do. >< First time doing itx wc.

Is a 360mm rad sufficient? Or I need a 2nd rad?
gxthelord replied to gxthelord's topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
I'll be getting the SP120 for rads fans tho, is it enought? I'm sticking with the Swiftech MCR 320 QP cuz I already have it. -

Alright THanks guys for ur input, I'll go with a single 360mm rad then. -

ohh~~~ will it be enuff for me if I oc-ed the cpu up to 4.4Ghz? previously tried it on stock cooler but it was idling on 50C or so and ramps up to 70C on Prime 95. That's one of the reason why I switched to WC. -

I was thinking about upgrading the GPU too but so far most game thrown at it works fine for me on med/high settings, so kinda put it for future upgrade cuz I already have the GPU block already >_< Orelse I'd have to spent more to buy new GPU+WB. -
Hi, currently I'm still in progress of planning for my water cooled rig. I'm using an NZXT Phantom 530 case which is able to mount an 360mm rad on top,1x 240mm on bottom/front. What I have WC Parts I have right now. EKWB DC4.0 Pump + Reservoir Combo XSPC Raystorm Intel Socket Swiftech MCR 320 QP – Stack Edition EK-FC660 GTX -Nickel WB And my rig specs: i5-3570k Asrock Z77 Xtreme 4 8GB Redline Mushkin Ridgeback 128GB Sandisk Ultra 500GB WD Caviar Blue MSI GTX660 OC Twin Frozr Seasonic 620W SII PSU. So my question is the single 360mm rad above is enough to cool the cpu and gpu all together? or I should buy additional 240mm radiator? And for the fans for the rads, I have a pair of SP120 which really helps alot in my previous crappy All in One Seidon 120V. So I thought might buy more for the rads. I'll be getting arcylic tubings for this build so kinda torn between just using a single 360mm rad or buy another one. Sorry if my English is bad or asking noob question. Kinda new.
