GTX 760. It's the best performing card there.

Gigabyte. Much better cooler and overall better.

Why do people keep asking the same thing. It will more than likely be like a 10-15% performance increase from the previous generation equivalent. (like it usually is)

I use it and i think the rn series is amazing

They use silent caps and they have a really bad reputiation but they are way better then most people say. (I have it and i build 5 pc's with it for far) 

IMO, Gigabyte.

buying another 7770 is plain stupid, getting a card that is better performing and single gpu would make more sense, 
GTX 760/R9 270x are good value cards, if you have more money, get GTX 770

It should be between the GTX 770 and 280X not 760. The 760 is a tier below the 280X and 770. Get a 770 it's a lot cheaper than the ridiculously prices 280X(because of bitcoin and litecoin)

That should be fine, personally i always go for atleast a hyper 212 evo because theyre cheap and keep temps really nice

I have an RM 750 and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, unless you count the stiff as shit cable that come with them, I'm going to buy some new cables from corsair in the future. BUT ANYWAYS... there is nothing wrong with them people say they are bad but they aren't. Listen to someone who has one and will give an honest opinion, not some idiot who gives opinions on products they don't even have.

Yea what I was thinking of doing because I have 200 bucks saved up, I was going to wait for the 800 series to be released and see what it has to offer. Right before the 800 series is released it will be my birthday also so Ill get some money from that and Ill buy a new card at that point because for now this card handles everything I play. Btw its an amazing overclocker and I raised it better than a 680

Every computer product will have some bad ones, ie, one of my DVI (luckily my DVI-I) ports on my GPU is dead, it happens.

Only reason to go with reference in your case is the aesthetics.
