Hello everyone,
I've been trying to install the software (64 bit 8.50) for the logitech G700s mouse. It gets to about halfway on the install bar and it just freezes the whole computer. I've called Logitech tech support. They can't tell me why and blamed it on a microsoft conflict. I've done installs with the mouse connected and unconnected. I've done a clean boot fom MSCONFIG. I've even tried safe mode. All tries failed with the computer totally freezing.
I've removed this computer and brought my old one running Windows 7 32bit. Installed the 32bit 8.50 on it. The software installed and ran just fine. I kept the keyboard, screen and mouse the same from the inital computer. It must be computer specific, possibly a 64bit issue. I'm just not sure.
