In all of your tests you did not once actually change a component, so how do you know 100% it's the GPU (or CPU, really don't know which one you are talking about)?

I personally always look at Rtings.com
They have very detailed TV reviews so you can look for what's most important to you. For example: Gaming performance, black levels, viewing angles etc.

What percentage of usage goes into video editing and how much into playing?
If 10/90 or less go 7800
If 30/70 go 7900
If 50/50 or more go 7950

Can you sell these cards? There not great for blender rendering. The quadro/pro features aren't used, so something like a 4090 would be much faster for the price, and have more vram.
Otherwise, they make server cases that are designed for 8 dual slot gpus.
