Are we talking about movies that can be ripped/downloaded again or are do you make videos professionally and those are for clients/a YT Channel/etc? Because tbh, I wouldn't really try to hyper secure content like movies when they are relatively easy to get again. If it's latter, then you should probably consider Cloud Backups for the most important stuff.

Oof, that's not a good position to be in. First question: do you have a backup of the important data? Then it sounds a little sus, that both drives fail at the exact same time. Could be the cable (also weird), the PSU (also little weird) or my guess, maybe the controller? Could it be that these two are on a separate one? Did you buy all 10 drives at the same time? If so, rebuilding the array with a new drive or two might lead to more dying quickly, so I'd be very cautious. -
Most importantly it seems that one is white/silver and the other black lol. Also the F has 2 USB 2.0 ports more and a "start" button directly on the board which is nice if you use it on a test bench a lot Why?

Yeah for sure, I am an engineer myself so it's definitely their work, but it was only possible to do that work with the Hype/Money created around it by Elon.

Yeah I really think less and less of him every day too unfortunately. At the beginning I was also quite hyped but now it's just annoying. It's still impressive what he did to SpaceX, Tesla etc. but it's all build on hype.

Do neither in windows directly nor in the Nvidia control panel you can select 4k60? Only 4k30? Anything else with 60hz possible (1080p60)? -
SSDs are so cheap right now, it's hard to justify the savings of a (small) HDD. If you wanted 8TB+ that would be different, but 1TB is nothing anymore.

i am running a TrueNAS with a 2400G myself and it's a very good CPU for that. The 3400G is pretty similar AFAIK

yeah that was weird lol. But i just installed a 120mm fan below it, took the cooler shroud of and had it run "passivley" for the time. As it's a low power card it was just fine.

What the actual f is going on here? What are you using them (the cluster) for if I may ask? And if I donate you a 3900X, which is probably still faster, will you stop this?
