S8 . The V20 is an older phone and now that the V30 is out, I feel as if you're better off going with the newer one than the older one. The S8 has a nice design and high-end specs, a good all-rounder. If you still want the V20 then go ahead if you want, prices are low since it's been out for some time.

Error 53 was resolved via a software update a long time ago. 
 
These were all for a very limited run of the device and all stock of them is long gone. 
 
I get that you care but please do some more investigating. The iPhone 6s is a solid phone.

Unless its the zoom, If you can be okay with short longevity and bad updates. the zenfone 3 zoom is pretty solid, and good battery life.

I would go for option 2. More ram at the same price. the CPU isnt that much worse.

Give me some benifets and negatives of each, I am writing about it

the lag is simply because of poor coding and optimization on Samsung's side. heavily skinned phones tend to get very slow after 6 months or so because it simply gets way more bloated and weighed down by bad optimization and bad coding putting junk files everywhere, etc.
with phones like the GS7 a full factory reset is needed twice a year to keep them running fast IMO.
 
upgrading to 7.0 actually increased lag in my experience, unless you do a factory reset.

The phones aren't really comparable, as they're in very different price brackets. The S7 edge is the better phone, but in terms of what you're getting for your money, the 3T is much better value.
 
Personally, I can't justify spending that much money on a phone, so I'd suggest the 3T 

I'm not too big on the Edge variants of Samsung's phones since they're harder to protect, but if you're wanting one, go for it.
 
I'd suggest the S7 Edge out of the two. I have an S7 and love it, I haven't had a single major issue with it in the almost year that I've had it, which is not something I can say about really any of my past phones.
