    corsair RM650x is agood safe choice but if you are considering sli setup 750 watt should be the bare minimum

    also power supply efficiency suggests you go for 100 watt more as making it work 100% will decrease your psu(capacitors) life and if before dying they wont be as efficient.

    Artifacts. They usually show up when something is wrong with your VRAM or when it is not stable on the clocks it is set to run on. Try to underclock your VRAM a bit and see if it helped. If yes it is definitely VRAM issue and if you are on stock clocks then you should RMA your GPU if you can.
