These cases have to meet a quality standard to be labeled as refurbished. New panels are put onto the cases and then QC'd to meet our standards.

Each case does come with a one year warranty as well.

Its not really. Looks at in the terms of suction. It pulls air in by the fans sucking it in. Its not as restrictive as you think.

You are talking about inches. Its about 2 inches difference from ATX to mATX. Having the S340 setup to allow ATX motherboards in a Mid tower is one of the best unseen features. With ATX being the standard for motherboards, it makes since to produce a case with that in mind.

The front panel has a 2 inch gap up top that pulls air in. I didnt see any hits in airflow on this case.

The front support 240/280 rads, so you can install a 240 rad.

Support 280 in front, not just 240. We had to make some sacrifices in order to keep the case at a price point, while being budget friend. It really is a no frills case.

    Pricing should be the same.

Umm no. Corsair will always be Corsair, and we will always be NZXT.

    See above.

Adding the Cable Management bar, removes the needs for grommets. Plus adding the grommets adds more to the price.

I was able to mount that 120 rad in the back of the video case, so I would say YEP.

Every single plastic piece on the H440 is held in with screws, so you can remove it and paint it to whatever color you want.

That is a fan hub not a fan controller. It's only designed to run at 100%. What you need to do is get some 3 pin voltage adapters for it to lower the incoming 12v to 7v which will lower the fan speeds and noise.

The H440's have all the same layout in regards of steel and plastic. The case is 97% steel and 3% plastic. ALL THE H440s are the same in this layout.

The Razer edition has a different finish to it. It's more of an anodized finished then a powder coating, which makes the case in person really stand out.

If you guys need to see some pictures of the case, check out razers E3 booth, for a full build of the case.

Because it's cool to hate on Razer. You'll find that same misguided hate on these forms towards Nvidia, non-mechanical keyboards and any non-IPS monitor. The haters will all claim they have some first hand experience as to why they hate whatever it is they rage against, yet every single one just parrots the same vague nonsense that they read someone else post. "Because Razer makes shitty products". If that was as true as they try to claim it is, Razer would have gone out of business long ago.
Same thing with Nvidia, people will rage about Nvidia prices, or try to come up with some excuse as to why the features Nvidia offers are stupid or don't work, yet Nvidia maintains a 2 to 1 advantage over AMD in the dedicated GPU market. If AMD was as great as people like to pretend, or if Nvidia was as bad as people would like to pretend, they wouldn't be destroying AMD in terms of marketshare. For IPS monitors it's always the same "because colors" argument, and the "4ms doesn't make a difference argument". Yet if they actually watch some monitor reviews, they would learn that a monitors advertised latency is always much lower than what the monitor is capable of producing. Making a huge difference in terms of overall latency and input lag.
Who cares if they teamed up with Razer for licensing. The mat black and neon green is specific to the Razer brand, and I know that specific shade of green is even trademarked by Razer for PC products. If people are so offended by the Razer logo they can go buy something else. I don't like the color green in general, but the specific color of this Razer licensed case would actually make me consider the H440. Where as I would never consider one of the stock offerings of the H440 because of their looks. Also, this case is not being made by Razer, so even the pathetic quality argument does not apply. The case is still manufactured by NZXT.
