  1. Hey thanks for replying! I've run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool a couple times to verify that it wasn't my ram since the first set of ram I got was faulty. I also did a clean reset of windows during this time and ran the chdsk and sfc/scannow from cmd. I've reinstalled my audio and graphic drivers. None of the things I've tried have worked sadly.
  2. Hi! I've recently built a PC ( about a week ago), and I've been running into a lot of issues with BSODs the last couple of days. So originally when I first put everything together I was having crashes due to ram issues, I had faulty ram. However after replacing the ram, I'm still getting a lot of issues with BSODs from critical structure corruption, critical process die, to system thread exception not handled, memory mangement. This is after a clean install of windows with only the basic most of to date drivers installed and the only applications being, chrome, spotify, steam, battle.net and a handful of games. Should I start returning the parts? It's not the mobo or cpu because for the most part it works until it crashes. Does anyone have any hardware suggestions for what this could be? Is it possible the disc I used to install windows was a corrupt disc? PC Build: CPU: Ryzen 93900x Mobo: Aorus x570 ultra GPU: 2080ti Ram: 32gb 3200 ddr4 trident z neo psu:rm 650x Any help would be extremely helpful, Im really out of ideas and any suggestions for troubleshooting would be extremely helpful.

I saved a long time for this build and this is not how I forsaw this going.
  4. Hey, so ive gone and reinstalled the ram. This is my second set of ram in a week so I really dont think its my memory. However after about a day of peace, I started getting a bunch of blue screen errors, from critical structure corruption, critical process die, to system thread exception not handled. This is after a clean install of windows with only the basic most of to date drivers installed and the only applications being, chrome, spotify, steam, battle.net and a handful of games. 5. Should i do that even though the mem test looked to be in order? I can give it a try with just one stick but I thought it couldve been something like a faulty driver or corrupted windows file which is why I reset windows and reinstalled. What do you think is more likely?
  6. I ran the mem test, and everything looked to be in order. I also just had to return faulty ram a couple days ago, do you think it could be the ram again?
  7. No overclocking. I think im within the power range, do you think that could be an issue?
  8. no I'm not sure if i fixed it but figuring out whats going on would better my chances of fixing the issue. I'm trying everything out in hopes that something works but im just working blind here which is why im asking for any input.
  9. Hi! I built a new pc this past week and my ram was broken after a memtest and soft crashing in games. Today I received my new ram and everything seemed fine until I started getting BSOD - system service exception errors while playing some steam games. It's crashed 3 times, and ive run a memtest, a sfc scan, and a harddrive check and all came back fine. I've now completely reset my windows but I'm still not sure what's causing the original crashes. Can someone please help and shine some light on this? Build: CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x GPU: 2080Ti Mobo: Aorus x570 Ultra Ram: TridentZ Neo ddr4 3200 32gb PSU: RM650x Storage: 1tb nvme ssd If anything comes to mind please let me know, I'm genuinely not sure what's going on and really need help.
  10. i actually ran a mem test and it turns out my memory was bunk. I guess it makes sense since only my games where crashing and computer would freeze on occasion. u think it could be more than the memory or no?
  11. Thanks for replying! Mostly hard crashes for the game, like boom a quick freeze and then gone. but sometimes it freezes for a while and then crashes. Only the app, everything else is working fine, do you think this is a ram issue?
  12. Hi guys, I just finished building a PC today and everything looked fined. Windows booted up properly and all my applications I installed ran fine (chrome, steam, geforce experience, afterburner, coretemp). However when I went to play some Dota 2, my game randomly crashed about 5 minutes in. Long enough for me to find a match and start playing. This has also happened in Rocket League, and nba 2k20 so not a one game issue. I've restarted a few times, installed all the windows update, I have the latest nvidia drivers, and the mobo drivers for the website. Where I am confused is that my computer isn't crashing, only the games are either freezing or crashing without any warning. I'm really stuck and need help! CPU and GPU Temps are in the mid 50s Centigrade, even while running the games.
