i talk with my manager about certs. he is the head of engineering at my company and he's ex microsoft and a couple of other faangs i think. he told me certifications(aws and cloud) are mostly just marketing and he does not look at them highly. you should also speak with your own manager about this and see if such things are valued at your org. mine isnt so i wont do them.

Computer science has not much to do with your regular techie stuff.
 
Learning how to install an operating system or know which exact frequencies your router works on has nothing to do with actually coding an OS or knowing how packages are routed in a network.
 
Many people give up on computer science because they believe that, because they like games or know how to fix the internet at home makes then good at computers, whereas CS is a science and requires you to study books and theories, and not watch LTT all day long.

This is a really great game. Already have it on virtually every platform, including Game Pass, but this gets me a copy on PC should it ever leave Game Pass.

I hate it when people say Battle Station more than gamin rig

I am a person who like single player games and I noticed that in a long time I have never been excited for a new game release. Assassins creed was a series I closely followed and was almost always excited for, but after them going off track from the original story and now gone fully RPG I lost complete interest in it. So now im mostly playing older games that came prior to 2010. Their stories are far better than most modern games imo. But the issues are their controls are clunky and some times running them can be problematic with Windows 10. But after playing the older games idk wat I will play tbh. I think Playstation has great single player titles. I hope they will come to PC or I might have to go full Playstation.

I guess not enough people are watching free to air TV these days. I blame all those reality dating and cooking shows. If they actually made TV that was worth watching people would watch it and the ads, but it's all just junk like farmer wants first dates in my kitchen with a MasterChef's big brother who's got talent renovating the block. It's basically impossible to find anything decent to watch on free to air TV.

I miss the era of gaming where game items were unlocked by playing the game.

I would put it on Ebay and make something out of it rather than throwing. The GPU should bring good money these days as the older GPUs seem to be inflated due to the shortage. 

Frankly i dont agree, and this is coming from a long time windows user. W10 chugs hard without SSD, the amount of data logging needed without any explicit/transparent reason for it beyond the all encompassing, super vague "bug detection" and the push for microsoft to their mediocre and sparsely featured store  just leave off-taste to me.

Cracks always have a false positive, even on safe(er) piracy. So it's not really stupid as it's common for it to happen. The only thing he did stupidly was install risky software on something that wasn't his.
