Those monitors listed are all 24".
The XL2430T I would COMPLETELY avoid.  Unlike the previously COMPLETELY WORKING XL2420Z, which has been discontinued, the XL2430T has broken S-switch presets (gamer 1-2-3), which don't recall the mode you saved the preset to, only the OSD settings that were saved.  Instead it recalls FPS1, FPS2 and RTS mode's (low level) color calibrations, regardless of what Picture Mode preset you saved INTO Gamer 1, 2 and 3.  This means if you saved standard mode with X, Y, Z, etc OSD settings, as Gamer 1, and then recalled Gamer 1, the colors would change and get out of whack as you would be recalling FPS1, instead of the correct mode (Standard Mode).  And you can't change low level color settings (color temp is *NOT* Low level!).

    The XL2420Z, XL2411Z and XL2720Z don't have this issue.

And I would recommend the XL2720Z if you want a 27" 1080p monitor to game on.  But the reason to get this screen is STRICTLY because of blur reduction (and the S-switch presets working correctly once saved).

Much, you won't regret it, the 1070 is a beast of a card. Can even do some light 4k gaming. It'll fit nicely with a 1440p monitor, like the one I posted or maybe some others. Just go to the monitor section of PCPP and fine tune the search results to your needs and find one.

Personally I'd get different RAM since that's a little pricey.

Get the rx 480 instead of a  gtx 1060. You'll be happier.

    That^
    If it's 1060 vs RX480, I'd go 1060.

I like your build you picked out.  It appears you want to overclock your CPU.  If so, I recommend faster ram if you can afford it.
With a 1070 in there you should ahve about 300 to 700 for a monitor, keyboard and mouse.  I highly recommend you pick these three things out first.  A super awesome rig needs a good monitor and inputs so you can enjoy it.  We can cut somethings down if needed.

Games today are using little over 4GB. Getting either one would be a good idea. If you're asking for 1060 vs 1070, get the 1070 if you can afford it.
