    I mean not only in all-white mode, no matter what color I set those keys, they just more RED/PINK

    Still the same, I've tried update keyboard drive, switch port, even another pc, it's hardware problem I think

    So...I bought the first one in January 2017, on May 26th I found some keys' backlight turned red and yellow, so I submitted a ticket and got a new one few days later. And when I got back home today and turned on my computer......
