Ok I Figured it out. I am a noob at linux so I didnt know that Drives needed to be mounted to folders to be usable by the opperating system ( correct me if im wrong). As such all I had to do was follow this guide from the creators of Pop-OS. https://support.system76.com/articles/extra-drive/

I just installed Pop Os to my main boot drive and that drive works but I cant figure out how to get the other two drives in my system to clear. They are visible in files but they show up in other locations and I can't install things to them. What do I need to do.
