After running CPU-z stress test for one hour

the thermal paste was stock that came with the cooler

just a full load

i can not find out why in the world my CPU(6700-k) is in the 75c range at stock no over clock and i have a liquid cooler(h110i v2)!!!!!! I think it is the power supply but before I buy a new one I want to see if you guys can help (current power supply sentey 1000w) gtx 1070 3 intake/2 ex take radiator is the 2 ex take

I am building my first pc and I look at the pump and it has 2 fan cables one 3 pin and one 4 pin. so there is 2 fan cables what do i do. should i have to plug them all in or can I just do the one 3 pin

would the empty fan slot on the pc affect anything ?

what about the one fan slot at the back and 2 fans for the h100i wouldn't the empty fans slot cause dust
