Personally, depends on how hardcore of a overclock are you going.

I think you can overclock it to a little over 4Ghz with just stock cooling but it will run abit hard. ( double check with others)

If you are doing a moderate overclock, pretty sure a CM hyper 212+ evo with some nicer silent fans if you an audio freak will do just as well.

If you want like a hardcore overclock then the All in one liquid cooling solutions are great, but I only like the 240mm Rad ones any of the single 140mm stuff is a piece of a sh*t and I would much rather spend my money on like a Noctua DH14 or Evo as they are way better bang for the buck when it comes to performance for the price.

The main thing I find people go over board is that they always try for lower the better, so like 50C on load, but I wouldn't worry if my CPU is at 75C at load and would you pay an extra 80 dollars to drop it the 25C is your choice type of thing. If it was 90C I would be concerned.

Any custom water loop options I only recommend if you plan to have other things in the loop like GPUs. Else then its not really necessary unless you want the cool/ clean look.

I don't really fan boy over any particular brand, but I just wanted to throw in my opinion on one particular brand that I've got a decent amount of gear of, but it just bugs me the things it does, and I'm probably going to get flamed hard for it.
I hate Corsair, I only like their PSUs, I do own case/ heatsink - waterloop/ ram/ headphones / K60 keyboard. They got this really weird Cheap China brand approach where they take all the short-cuts possible to cut costs. Even an NCIX employee /assembler admitted to me that he gets corsair products back all day. I just hated my RMA process for some missing screws and all of their product manuals are like cheapo crappy diagrams that even similar products 1/4 cost will provide way more detail / effort in their manuals.
Long story short please don't put Corsair products as high quality/ awesome as they try and market it as. It's quality is like a powercolor to other GPU manufactures, but they charge 25% premium more because of the Corsair name.
