Truthfully, it's not the screen that affects your eyes but rather that you're not experiencing enough happiness. Your eyes are not exerting much dopamine when staring at a screen therefore they are aging quicker. This can easily be seolve by doing something that brings happiness, something joyful and your eyes will exert more dopamine therefore age slower. -

I plan on getting a Phd in Computer engineering and studying Computer science on the side. I really want to go to MIT but considering i'd have to pull a ton of money out of my ass to do it, it'll be rather hard. After receiving my degree I plan on becoming a Computer Hardware Engineer.
