If you go into view -> detailed mode you can see which processes are using your graphics card.
I'm starting to think that it could be a sensor malfunction, although it is a strange one.
I don't know if this is normal or not, but on my laptop (specs below) afterburner shows that I have 8GB of video memory, but my GTX 980M should just have 4GB.
Does anyone know what's going on?

I think that your laptop is constantly switching between the integrated and dedicated GPU: it's the only thing I know that could explain the 0°C temperature.
I don't know why it would do that though.
My laptop does this even at 95%: the battery is not charging, but it's not being used either.
I think it's normal if the battery is almost fully charged.
