    I'm not sure how to do this, and I'm not going to be home for at least twon months, is there anything I can do here? I can tehter up to 4GB off my phone, so I can download installers etc.

    I'm a college student, and my school has a filter on the wifi which blocks things like social media for some of the day. Worst of all access to every VPN I've tried has been blocked, so I can't even use them to get around it. Does anyone know any creative solutions, or any (relatively cheap, I'm a student remember) VPNs that can't be blocked? Any help would be great, just let me know if you need to know more to help out.
