Just don't call him a retard. That term is thrown around too much. If someone says something and an other person doesn't agree, they call him retarded, and you wouldn't say that about, or too, a person with an actual mental disability. He is a jerk and a troll, nothing more.

I was telling my brother (Who is 18, and really smart) aut the new family computer I was going to buid.

Me: ...It will have a haswell i3 processor too.
Him: What!?! You can't have an i3! That's like a 7 year old CPU!
    Me:What? No it isn't. How?
Him: You do realize there is an i7 out?
Me:*facepalm* That's not how it works. There are different generations, each with a i3, low end, i5, mid range,  and an i7, high end.
    Him:Oh.

I'd understand "Too big" if it was a note or a One Max, but not an iphone 5. Heck, the iphone is even a small phone.

I'm on a road trip to washington DC  with my family (Only sleeping there, then off to North carolina), and I set up a wifi hotspot with my phone to use the internet on my laptop. My sister heard this, and connected on to it to watch gossip girls on netflix, and, not knowing the difference between a wifi hotspot, and normal wifi used a Gb of data in 15 minutes! That's data my whole family of six uses, and regularly goes close to the limit(Not me though, my data almost never goes above 200 Mbs). And we also have 10+ days until the data resets, and almost 20 hours of car time. BTW, I use 150MBs for the whole trip(Or at least how far along we are already)

I didn't even know it was possible to use that much data that quickly, I didn't even know my phone's internet was that fast!

Also, I had to set it up without a password, because it wouldn't work with one for some reason, and on the highway, someone with a laptop (Definitely a laptop) connected to the hotspot on the road.

The IT guy at my school knows me(And Dragonryder11) too, and knows I'm good with technology. He does not trust us messing with the BIOSes of the computers though, with some reason.

I just had an idea, about how to mess with non techies. A lot of PC problems can be fixed with just turning it off and on, but not all non techies know this... When a simple problem that can be fixed this easily comes up, turn off the computer. Then, instead of turning the computer back on, do something that is supposed to "fix" it. You could loosen and tighten a bolt, lick the computer, press random keys, just something abnormal. Then when the you turn the PC back on, you "fixed" the computer, and the non techie would be amazed, and possibly scared.

I've got no coding skills. I'm good with logic, but just never really had a chance to learn anything.  I can't even get most coding languages to say "Hello World".

My schools security system is crap. They block EVERYTHING, except crappy flash game sites, and, luckily, LTT. ( I guess it's educational) You can also access the BIOS on half the computers, but you cant use short cuts, or run any programs not already installed. You can, however, run any program you can download through chrome.( All I need to do is figure how to get to the minecraft website, witch is, as you probably guessed, blocked)  There was one computer that didn't have restrictions, but dragonryder11 couldn't stop talking about it, and they were added.

Thats the kind of computer you buy really cheaply off of a non techy because it's "slow" or "broken" and take the 4790k out of and sell everything else.

There once was this thread on Linustechtips.com. A thread about people's experiences with non techies. This thread often broke out into off topic discussions. So much so that someone created a new thread just for the off topic discussions of that thread. No one used it. I don't know where it is. I think it just flew past Pluto on the New Horizons probe.
