Mostly similar specs with a few adjustments (Specs: 15.6", Nvidia 1070 Max-Q, Both meet adequate battery needs, Intel i7-8750H, 16gb ram) (Looking to upgrade thermals and add 1tb ssd drive) Ight lets get started: Razer Blade 15: Total Price: $2,632 (including tax + everything) Buying from Microsoft Store + Amazon Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut + Fujipoly Extreme Thermal Pads (≈$40) Self-installing (will prob need help/guide) Comes with pre-installed ssd (Size: 256 gb) Will be tossing/replacing SSD with a 1tb one 2 x 8 GB Ram 1 year Warranty Gigabyte Aero 15X: Total Price: $2,539 (including tax + everything) Buying from HIDevolution + Amazon (for SSD) Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut + Fujipoly Extreme Thermal Pads ($95) Installed by HIDevolution (installed by reseller) Buying with pre-installed ssd removed (Saved $150) 1 x 16 GB Ram 3 Year Warranty Comes w/ free Backpack, Mouse pad, Mouse, Keyboard skin (Prob using everything except mouse) Writing this makes it look like the Aero is a clear winner, but: Personally, I like Razer's design a lot more than the Aero's: I like how the keyboard doesn't cover the entire width of the laptop Razer's right shift keyboard issue isn't going to bother me (actually never knew that ppl used right shift) I don't care about webcam I think Razer's chroma setup is better? (lmk if Aero's is good too, it just doesn't look appealing to me in pics?) Concerns/Focuses: Thermals Keyboard (spacing between keys, typing) Usage: Primary/Only System Gaming (Overwatch, Battefield V, Fortnite, etc.) College Life (Note-taking in Lectures) Personal feeling is: Laptop: Razer Blade > Aero 15x Value-Wise: Razer Blade < Aero 15x Sorry for this lengthy post, feel free to ask questions (I'll also edit the post to add more details if needed) Edit: Open to any other alternatives

Hey y'alI. I just uncovered a problem with my ASUS Z50VW-NS51 w/ Windows 10. It automatically registers in the "backspace" and "down arrow" key and I don't know how to fix it. I've tried cleaning the membrane switch for the "down arrow" key by removing the keycap (which I don't know how to insert back in lol) I've tried uninstalling the keyboard drivers (when I shut down, it doesn't shut down properly; I had to hold power button or it would go to the "problem occurred" blue screen) I've tried disabling the "down arrow" key with a program (SharpKeys) but the "down arrow" key still registers through. I've done a full scan w/ AVAST Antivirus (came up clean) I haven't attempted a clean reset yet (trying to avoid it) I haven't contacted Windows or ASUS support ye Let me know what I can do to fix this bothersome problem or if you need any additional information. Hey guys, I'm currently looking for a new earbud with a mic on it. My budget is $75 and I'm currently thinking about buying the Razer Hamerhead Pro V2. Could you guys leave recommendations on what earbuds I should buy, and if you do own the Razer Hammerhead Pro V2, could you guys leave your thoughts on the audio quality and the mic? (For the Hammerhead would it be necessary to equalize the audio? If so could you explain how you did it?)

I'm looking to get a new keyboard. I'm currently interested in the Razer Ornata Chroma. Do you think this would be a viable choice? Is there a better choice that fits my budget of $100? I prefer a quiet keyboard over a loud one.

What would be the ideal wifi settings setup? I currently have 2.4 GHz, with a Bandwidth for 40 MHz (though it keeps saying that the current setting is 20 MHz [Explanation for that would be appreciated]) and a control channel of 6. Should I change it to 5 GHz? Please provide input and anything that I should change.
