My setup is similar to yours except that I have a 3770K and an ASUS GTX 770. (I play BF4 most of the time on low/med settings)
 
- I use 3500 bitrate and buffer size with CBR and CBR padding.
- Downscaled to 720p and 60FPS w/Lanczos Filter.
- x264 CPU preset at veryfast and CFR is checked.
 
These are the settings I use and I've had no problems so far (started test streaming around 3 weeks ago).

For me they sound great for $10. I use them everyday. These doesn't have a volume controller though, just the play/pause button.

I think you're referring to MSI Predator, not sure how it works though.

CryEngine is so intense that it can eat up babies, and 2GB of VRAM will probably not be enough for 3 monitors if that's what you're planning.

It's either the ASUS Z87 Gryphon (armor sold separately making it easier to paint on, it's Micro ATX though) or the Z87 Sabertooth like the first guy said.
