Alright, a few points to be made.
Firstly, you don't have a motherboard listed. The CPU you choose dictates your motherboard, because it needs to have a compatible socket. That being said a 2320 is a bit old, and if you're dropping the cash to get a 1TB SSD you should definitely shrink that and invest more in your CPU (Not to mention that CPU has been out of production for quite a while and there are some much more bang for your buck CPU's on the market).
The 8GB of DDR3 RAM, what frequency is it? It's a little too vague to give you advice on. The motherboard you choose will also dictate what frequencies the RAM can operate at.
Again, the SSD you picked is way more expensive than the rest of your build, it just doesn't match the build. I'd recommend getting a 1TB HDD and a small SSD to use for OS or as a cache. It'll save you a lot of money without losing a ton in performance. That money can be put to better use, elsewhere.
Fans, don't worry about those just yet until you figure out what case you are using. Many cases come with stock fans that are more than enough for the build, and you really don't have to go overkill on fans in general.
What is your overall budget for the build? If you aren't sure what you're really doing, I recommend posting your budget and what you want your computer to be optimized for, and the clever folks around here can help walk you through a build that will get you the best bang for your buck, along with teaching you why certain selections were made.
